Pickie back to usual after last week's below par performance. Tbh Jordan Pickford is dynamite! ?
Michael Keane was immense! I couldn't believe we gave him another contract but he's proved me wrong this season with really solid stuff! And today was one of his best orfirmances!
Myk another one I feel isn't good enough at LB but thought he was brilliant today against Palmer et al.
Now midfield. McNeill has turned things round the last 4 games including today. KDH we all know he's class. Garner, showed today why he shouldn't just be in England squad but team in CM.
N'D just a magician and WOWSERS what a finish!
Beto best performance for us ever and looks stronger and more confident the past few games.


Moyes I didn't want him back and have had a go this season due to negative tactics and no substitutions BUT OMG where he has us is unbelievable, Arsenal will prob win league with Moyes tactics so I'm wrong again!
Finally, the crowd. I was at first game at BMD which we won but I thought we were finding our feet and loud at times. Today, UNBELIEVABLE! I was at Ten Streets Social a few hours before match then outside Titanic hotel stuck
In the crowds cheering Yak and team out! Loved it! Thanks to the 3 blue boys and gave me a free beer despite being down to their last 5. Another reason I love our support!

For me it's been a great season. I know a lot of people have been slating Moyes for one reason or another. Personally, I wanted him back because I felt he's a safe bet. Looking at the last 3 or 4 seasons, I just couldn't see us having those issues with Moyes, and that is what we needed. It's better than I thought it would be. I hoped we would be safe in the top 12, and looked at this season as one of steadying a sinking ship. Instead, we got a decent, solid team that's hard to beat, and, hand on heart, I never in a million years expected us to beat Man Utd or Chelsea, or give Arsenal (the would-be champions) one of the hardest games they had this season, and never dreamt we would be challenging for a European place.

I think fans need to be realistic, this season, compared to the last 3, is like night and day. If we don't make Europe, fine, but if nothing else, we've steadied the ship while building a decent team. Stick a couple of decent signings in there, definitely a consistent striker, and I think next season we should be challenging for Europe, the expectation will be higher. But let's enjoy this season for what it realistically is, a big step up the ladder! COYB.

Never believed we have a problem on the left (all we buy are left footers ?) . When the big lads go up top for corners and free kicks, have a look and see who is last man. It happens a good chunk of games.

Gueye, Garner, KDH, Ndiaye were all very good. Garner's England inclusion is because of his versatility. KDH is very good, but he is one of a long queue in his position for England. Does he want to play for England or Ireland?

What a great performance. Really got at them from the start - the reigns may have been released given we have safety and hopefully aiming for a push for Europe.

Been questioning Moyes but in all fairness continues to progress the team.



As much as we complain abput our approach at times, based on watching some other Premier League games recently we look much better than a number of teams in the table.

Bit worrying for me, hearing about Chuck. Exactly the same age as me, and he was a lot fitter! Can't believe that he passed away at such a young age.
Results like the one today definitely help keep the heart pumping.

Intensive exercise into his 80's. Recommended above 60 is 150 mins mid intensity or 75 mins high intensity. Good cardio and toning is swimming. If you can manage it without getting bored, build up to 1 hr, 3 times a week.

In between, walking and bodyweight pull/push/lift are better than free weights. A buggar at our age is sitting down. Wives and partners want us to stay in our slippers, sod that.

Well, it was a great win. Well done, Moyes, the players and Beto. His first goal was class. The second was lucky, but if you shoot, you can get lucky. The more you shoot, the luckier you can get.
The performance against Arsenal and today against Chelsea should give Moyes and the players confidence that we can get into Europe this season.

Good ball from Gueye, good movement from Beto, lucky!! See loads of those shots every week. Some go, some don't. Play the right balls to the bloke, and he will score. Chelsea were crap.
