Braiden Graham. Scored against man city tonight and played on wing. 12 goals in 19 games for U21'S this term. He's versatile. Mainly a striker but can play no10 or either wing. Hopefully we get to see him soon.

Give him 20 mins tonight against Leeds Dentielad.
26 Jan 2026 06:56:39
I wish but it will more likely Barry and then Beto.
26 Jan 2026 07:58:45
He would have to lie about his age to get a game. Or wear a goalie shirt.
26 Jan 2026 10:14:09
Goalie shirt, that cracked me up BMD.
25 Jan 2026 19:30:37
Getting tense 9 days to go who’s on your wish list, mine Ivan Toney or Jean-Philippe Mateta or Yousef En-Nesyri his proposed transfer to Juventus is now off according to reports, after that a couple defenders maybe looking forward to see who we bring in.

25 Jan 2026 20:15:20
I’d love any of those three, but for different reasons (wants CL footy, wages or is needed for a relegation scrap) I don’t think they’ll come.
If we could ship out Beto and get and kind of half decent striker, that for me, would suffice until the end of the season.
25 Jan 2026 21:01:07
Im not sure we will GB. With players coming back I think Moyse will save his pocket money for next season.
25 Jan 2026 21:30:35
What you getting tense for GB, Davey will sort it.
26 Jan 2026 01:28:03
GB what do you think En-Nesryi would bring to is if he were to join?
Before we were linked with him had never heard of him before.
Since we’ve been linked with him I’m not sure what all the fuss is, hardly a prolific scorer and no guarantee he’d adapt to the league quick enough to be decent for us.
Also just get the feeling he’d be trouble.
26 Jan 2026 07:06:45
Toney For me but get the feeling we won't sign striker this window. But who knows!
26 Jan 2026 07:27:40
A few are sooooooooo sarky so sad.
26 Jan 2026 07:47:14
I agree GingerDan. He looks like trouble to me too. Wants warm weather so would rather not test himself in the best league in the world. Hardly the ambition required for our club.
25 Jan 2026 19:17:35
So we can go 7th with a win tomorrow!

That’s the spirit mate.
25 Jan 2026 20:45:34
I don't see a problem getting the win Elvis. It's a case of how many goals can we score. I go 3-1. COYB.
26 Jan 2026 07:08:59
Think it's a tricky one, we ain't brilliant at home, my head says 1-1. My heart 2-1.think Dom will be out to prove a point tonight!
26 Jan 2026 15:39:55
Not having a pop at you here Tomtom but what point does he need to prove. He couldn't stay fit for us and when he was he couldn't score. After all that, we still sent three contract offers his way and he declined, thinking he would get a CL team and CL wages.
He should applaud the club for giving him a PL career and paying him a Kings ransom every week. A distinctly average striker who happens to be blessed with a very athletic leap.
25 Jan 2026 09:40:49
If, as seems likely, we have to sell, to buy, then cutting our losses on Dibling seems like a place to start.
He offers nothing, when selected, and we do need to bring in player who can help cover, right wing, right back, and someone to score goals.
Not having a pop at Dibling, but whoever authorized a Ridiculous 42m for a player no ready to play in the prem, wants shooting.

Just baffling. Kids 19 has huge potential but let's just bin him and move on. I give up.
25 Jan 2026 10:32:21
We have kids with potential in our Academy, U21's. I have watched this lad at our Stadium, he offers less than McNeil. Aznou in 15 mins offered more. Maybe if we could have acquired his 'potential' for Aznou's fee. As others have said, not the lads fault.
25 Jan 2026 10:36:52
Actually just a thought, Grealish out until April, isn't Dibling left footed.
25 Jan 2026 10:55:35
Do we have to sell to buy? I'm not so sire that we do. And let's give the lad a chance, it can take a while for new players to adapt to a new club and manager, whether the player is foreign or from these shores. Stupid to write him off without really seeing much of him.
25 Jan 2026 10:40:24
There’s no suggestion that we need to sell to buy, but it does makes sense to be cautious, especially where we haven’t been before.
25 Jan 2026 12:21:38
I think Tim has useful attributes to be fair to him but he isn't intelligent or aware enough to play in the defensive midfield role imo. If we can sell him for a profit and put it towards an area where we need to strengthen, I think it makes sense.
He is not a starter over Idrissa, Jim or KDH and when Idrissa leaves, Armstrong comes into the mix. We also have Rohl who I think we haven't even scratched the surface with yet. He has had a few injuries and don't think he has played whilst being fully fit yet. He is also built like Ann Frank, so when he gets into the gym, he will improve from that alone.
I think turning a profit on who could arguably be seen as squad players is the way to go for us. If we can can get close to 20m on him, after having signed him for pretty much nothing in a PSR fudging Dobbin swap deal, crack on.
25 Jan 2026 13:26:51
I agree BN, sensible business.
25 Jan 2026 13:44:32
So basically had we only paid 10m for Dibling then everything would be ok? Forget the cost, our owners obviously see something in him that you don’t. I look forward to watching the lad develop over the next few seasons. Hopefully others do to.
25 Jan 2026 14:43:56
Whatever the price we haven’t seen too much from him yet. This could change of course. But for the price we paid, expectations will always be high.
25 Jan 2026 17:19:28
Is that why we have such low expectations of Beto and Barry?
25 Jan 2026 23:17:07
Dibling just lacks confidence ATM. It's not his fault how much we paid. Maybe a few midweek U21 games to grab some form and confidence. There's definitely a player in there. I hate it when kids are new clubs get ripped to shreds. I remember a few games ago when he was subbed off.
Camera was on him sat on bench and he was just looking forward in a trance like state. Looked dejected. He needs our full support. Hope it works out for him otherwise it's yet another player we would sell at a big loss financially.
26 Jan 2026 07:56:49
I’d say Dibling has already shown improvement in some aspects of his play. Before he was just ambling around waiting for a pass, not a good look tbh. But after a few games lately he has worked harder off the ball. I’d say he’s an expensive work in progress.

If we can find some mug to give us 20m for Beto and 10m for Tim, could we please just go out and buy Parrot 30 / 35 mill, would be good business. Know we need a right back, but with Patterson finding some form, and Shamus fit again, surely we can wait till summer to get round to a right back .

25 Jan 2026 12:12:32
Why would we want to sell Tim for £10m?
25 Jan 2026 13:50:48
Because Bunkbeds people think this is Football Manager and you can sell a player and just go out and buy a new one in two mins. Tim is a very handy player to have in the squad, he's strong and has scope to develop. 10m is peanuts in footballing terms these days so hopefully our new owners bin this offer.
25 Jan 2026 14:22:17
Don't think we need to move anyone on unless we have a tailor made replacement (e. g. sell Beto to get another forward) . Only need to go back to December and early Jan, to show our thin our squad was after suspensions and injuries.
If we are to seriously challenge for European places need to have a decent sized squad. By all means sell players on but only to get quality replacements in their place.
25 Jan 2026 19:21:36
Exactly that BMD.
25 Jan 2026 23:20:30
Why sell Tim. We have a thin squad and if we sign a better midfielder than him then it's up to him to show he deserves a place on the team. Might finally get shot of the 2nd goalie off the bench too.
24 Jan 2026 23:58:50
Hard to remember a player that has shown such improvements in his game in such a short time than Jimmy Garner.
He ranks highest in the PL for combined tackles, interceptions and key passes. Performing above the likes of Elliot Anderson, Adam Wharton, Reece James and Declan Rice.
He has improved nearly every metric this season, which is absolutely mental.

Ive always liked him but as you say he has excellent this season. Even at LB.
25 Jan 2026 09:54:33
He has always been a good footballer but like many in the side he had a dip in form. Think he has been rejuvenated by having better quality players coming into the side. Next step for him now is the captaincy.
25 Jan 2026 19:58:17
BN, you're making me lazy these days mate! I don't need to go in search of stats as you do such a good job of it, keep them coming pal ??.
24 Jan 2026 21:48:35
Just thinking outside the box. With survival nearly guaranteed for another season. I think they've been thinking can we finish in Europe and with the way the results have gone lately I think if we beat Leeds on Monday we will strengthen to push for a champions league spot which i think is more tham likely top 5 now.
Otherwise what's the point of paying over the odds for players.

25 Jan 2026 01:57:20
Our problem is we get a game against a lower position team and a win could put us top 5. Yet we balls it up. It's like the team is scared to go that high. I'm expecting a tough game against Leeds. I hope I'm wrong though.
25 Jan 2026 09:59:35
The same could be said for a lot of teams. The league this season is very poor, but highly entertaining because of the results. I mean look at last night and the Liverpool game. European football is up for grabs now, but unless we improve our home form we will have no chance.
{Ed025's Note - we are better when we dont have to make the running Brass, our strength is sitting back and catching teams on the counter mate and thats for me why our home form is suffering, that will only change with the recruitment of some better players in the forward positions..
25 Jan 2026 10:41:35
We had some spells with our best first 11 where we were looking to dominate at home, unfortunately all the missing players has hampered us.
25 Jan 2026 13:21:47
Only thing holding us back is a striker. Europe is up for grabs but no good will come of it for us with a paper thin squad with no recognised competent striker.
24 Jan 2026 20:07:39
Am I the only one who thinks letting Tim go would be a big mistake?
I know he is polarising/ pretty unpopular, but I genuinely think he's good and has massive potential. He's got a decent range of passing, is a great ball carrier and an incredible tackler. His shortcomings are all mental - his positioning and decision making is poor - but these are things which develop over time.
As a double pivot, he's a bit too unreliable, but play him as part of a midfield 3, with Garner deeper and KDH next to him, and I think he could be top class.
Regardless, £9m or whatever is being quoted is ridiculous and would just be yet another massive mistake in my mind.

I agree alex, we have a thin squad and i think he is a great player to have within the squad and will improve.
25 Jan 2026 10:05:09
Again a young player who just needs time. Tim is very strong on the ball and recently has shown this in games. Yes he has areas that he needs to improve but don't all young players.
Sorry but you won't develop as a squad if you keep binning your young players, and trying to buy in "experience" we have tried that in the past and look where that got us.
25 Jan 2026 10:34:23
Who said he is going?
