I thought Chelsea MOTM was Barry. Didn't cause them any problems and even missed a sitter to help keep their clean sheet.

Moyes we didn't really create any chances. No because your more creative players are sitting on the bench. Bringing an unfit Noorgard on instead of Hackney is criminal, and ignoring Dibling is just plain stupid.

You have players who are simply not doing it yet you pick them every week. And don't give me that small squad crap. The bloke could have thirty players and would still use the same small group.

Can't see DM staying as our manager when TFG are gone, opens the door for Eddie Howe I reckon.

Some managers don't cut it second time around, for whatever reason, and I am sure there is a myriad of them.
Been watching an old video of an 80s miniseries on YouTube about Man City and Allison.

It is a fly-on-the-wall type and tells it clearly how he thought he knew better than the players, the club, and the fans.
Head bigger than his sense of football reality.

That was poor, he has to change it mate.

See if Barry staying on for 90 minutes is our answer then what was the question I know collectively we were very poor but damn this kid is a bad bad footballer and some of our defence need dropped asap.

If this is a learning curve for Barry, then surely he and we are up that smelly creek without oars.
He won't learn anything from this, except he is well short of talent and cajones.
He needs to get his head straight and then earn every minute of match time.

1

18 Oct 2026 09:34:06
He can't learn how to play up top this is the trouble with a defender being thrown to forward he played centre back but by God the centre forward he was marking would have had an easy day he us just a terrible player really terrible and we've had some Ertha Kitt players but he's up there with the worst.

Moyes is a disgrace. Why did we sign Hackney?

He's looked great when played but yet behind a clearly unfit Norgaard.

A manager who is obsessed with 'match ready' brings this fella on who cannot run gets skinned 3 times and give the free kick away we concede from.

Chelsea have conceded more goals than any team we've not created a chance at home to them, because he's so negative. All he wants is 0-0 every single game regardless if its Chelsea or Burnley.

Spam Grealish or long hoof to Barry, all we practice during the week i assume.

Norgaard has been shocking. Can't think of any positives today. Hope we are better against Arsenal were i will be watching in Tenerife.

Moyes a disgrace!! Why? because he doesn't do what you want him to do! Chelsea are a very good side.

3

17 Oct 2026 15:04:53
Yeah he is pal. If you like that absolute dross of us bending over before a ball is kicked at home fair enough. Not for me, i prefer a team that tries to win games. let's see what Brentford do at their home when a big club visit today, regardless of the results, they'll have a go. because the manager isn't outdated.

4

17 Oct 2026 15:07:33
No because he's to negative at home and plays players who aren't as good as the ones on the bench and PB is allowed to express his opinion as are you.hope this helps.

5th highest paid manager in world football according to reports.

Nothing in it in the first half. Played ok.
Goal floored us, no reaction, very poor subs, that is on Moyes for sure.

17 Oct 2026 15:18:30
Feck me he's hardly earning every penny of that atm.

17 Oct 2026 15:17:54
Davey is a disgrace agree completely. Find it harder to go now because of how we play, and people can say well we were unbeaten, hate that shout myself, think its 2 wins in last 14 in the league, i can't have it me but everyone entitled to their opinion.

Chelsea are a very good side? They have conceded more goals than any other team, as well as scoring more. They are still figuring out Alonso and he, his players. They were sh***e today and had absolutely nothing to worry about.

He played two players that have been out for weeks/months ahead of players who are fully fit and already impacted games this season.

What message does it send out to George and Dibling that Rohl starts ahead of them.

Any defence of Moyes today is ridiculous. As well as him, none of the players had any bollocks to try and make something happen. The manager and the players were s***e today. Simple.

17 Oct 2026 15:36:41
First clean sheet in 9 months for Chelsea also. We didn't threaten them once. Young GK comes on with 25/30 to play, does he make a save? Not tested whatsoever.

2

17 Oct 2026 15:58:58
Why do we never press teams are players get closed down all the time only Barry presse's. and they knock it around him because all are player's have retreated back to the halfway line.

0

17 Oct 2026 16:02:31
Annoys me also Ron. The crowd goes crazy when we press too. The Armstrong tackle got everyone going, we need more of it. Even if causes a misplaced pass it gets the fans loud.

17 Oct 2026 14:20:06
Maitland-Niles, weak as p*** for their goal. Rohl couldn't be arsed tracking. He is clearly not fit, so why he played is an absolute mystery. Mykolenko and the whole back line, as per, retreating to the goal line and leaving ALL the danger behind them in space - it is astounding that this s*** is still occurring. It is basic defending.

Can't even be arsed commenting on the rest of the play as it has been abysmal. The patterns of play are non-existent and unimaginative. We are so easy to play against from a defensive aspect. Chelsea yet to keep a clean sheet but as is standard, we are there to set records for all of the wrong reasons.

Barry missed another sitter. How that goes central is a disgrace. How we didn't get a striker in, is an even bigger one.

We might get a lucky goal off a corner or a pen from a clumsy Chelsea error. If we do, this post is still relevant.

it's the fact that 90% of these issues have been persistent for a decade. The amount of goals we concede from pull backs to the edge of the area is crazy, but no manager seems to be able to fix it, especially not this dinosaur.

Right back skinned there for their goal.

Think we need Noorgard on for Garner to get some control in midfield.

Don't think we do.

17 Oct 2026 15:03:46
Norgaard plainly not ready, Niles would be better further up, once fit play Ruhl as FB.

17 Oct 2026 09:53:46
Another six pointer and an early game today we can win this, Barry to get his scoring boots on today and get a win for us yes.

1

17 Oct 2026 11:29:37
I would welcome that GB. Another 3-0 win like last year would be great - just as long as we don't then dive off a cliff edge.

Another game where Moyes doesn't let the likes of Dibling, O'Brien, Hackney, or Alcaraz start.
Play for 0-0 - go down 0-1 and then start playing decent attacking football which leaves us wondering why we couldn't just do this from the start is my prediction.

16 Oct 2026 20:07:29
And so it begins.

He's not wrong though.

Well you're right Sobs none of them are playing. Looks like he's playing Rohl to help AMN out after his struggles last week.
