Jarrad has been fit all season and performing at a very high level. Part of a defence that was only bettered for clean sheets by Arsenal.
Guehi been injured for most of the 2nd half of the season and opts to start him.
Dunk also getting minutes over JB but this season has less clean sheets, has conceded more goals against/ per minute, has lost more duels, has 4 errors leading to goals to Jarrad's 0, has been dribbled past 26 times to Jarrad's 8.
Disgrace.

Its kinda annoying he called up shaw an maguire even though one has been injured for United most of the season and the other one doesn't get in there 1st team due to his performances i don't think he's the right man he sets up defensive tactics even though we have got one of the best teams heading in to the euros but he will probly play foden on left of front 3 instead of behind kane just drop Bellingham in mid with rice and he can run forward an rice can sit but woudnt be suprised if he sets up with 2 defensive midfielders and for me with team we have that's just embarrassing i seen it against croatia went goal up sat back we lost then italy again goal up sit back lost we need get the 1st goal and then press for the 2nd goal.

Alternatively, he's seen enough of JB in training already and wants to see whether he drops Guehi or Dunk? Thought JB looked very comfortable last night and would be a threat from set pieces.

I'd be very surprised if jarred was on plane to Germany. One of the most talked about centre halves with stats to prove why he's being talked about, yet Guehi and Dunk play yesterday. Can't build for future if you play an inferior player who's in 30s.

Spot on with that take Andy. I have thought the same. We have arguably the best 10 in world football and you can be sure that if he was in the Germany, Spain, France camps, he would be starting behind the striker, like he does for City.
Sit Jude back with Rice and play him as a proper 8, using his strength, power and ball-carrying abilities.
With regards to Jarrad, JB, I doubt that is why he opted to play Guehi and Dunk last night. He didn't get a sniff in the other friendlies when Dunk made a terrible error that led to a goal. Like he has done for Brighton 4 times this season. Surely if you have any intention of playing Jarrad, you give him minutes to play the system in an international fixture and learn how his teammates play and vice versa.
