Newcastle accept bid from Brighton for Minteh for £33 mil . So unless he turns that down he won’t be coming to us.

Strange one that for Brighton. They seem to be moving away from their model of buying young unknown talented players and improving them to sell on. They bought Pedro from Watford last year for 30mill and now what looks like a fee that's a bit too high for Minteh despite his talent.

Also seem/ ed to be trying to buy Dewsbury-Hall who’s worth £40m easy although they offered Moder to reduce the price.

Minteh was £7mil last summer, so we should be after another player who is under the radar not £33mil for him, in my humble opinion.

Hopefully with our relationship improved with Leeds we can look to sign Willy Gnoto ( fee approx £20m ) and winger from Hull in a deal supposedly around £15m being reported. As we all know we have the imminent departure of Onana in excess of £50m + fee with numerous clubs showing interest in him. Can explore options in free transfer market ie Ben Johnston and Ndidi ( should be two deals to pursue) and Onana sale towards a new No9 Would like to see a loan deal for Lukaku/ Richarlson availability as I think would both be upgrades on DCL.
