Our club is a joke. No one lined up to come in knowing we need forward reinforcements.

Look at just 2 signings this week. Southampton paid 6 mil for orsic and marseihave just bought malinovski from atalanta for 3 mil.

Not exactly breaking the bank and would certainly do a job, if not world beayers.

It's sickening isn't it mate. There have been a fair few deals like this that i have seen pop up over the years. Really is baffling to be a blue.

Lots of players in 2-3million bracket are better than some of our players. Almost as if we have 20million need to use every penny!

It’s probably a sign of just how much trouble we’re in financially. One thing I would say about Kenwright is that we ran a tight ship when it was solely him in charge. We bought from lower leagues for smaller fees and on sensible contracts. Since Moshiri came in it’s been farcical and it’s coming home to roost now. He is utterly clueless and I’d say the biggest beneficiary of his ownership has been Joorabchian.

Windosrblue not sure you can lay the blame fully at Moshiri's feet yes he has made mistakes buying his own players but he's also backed every manager who has come in and dug deep into his pockets the way I see things he isn't the issue the guys running the club on a day by day basis as we are run like a pub team
Commercially terrible just look at the fanatics deal which makes it near impossible for fans in Ireland Australia and America plus every other country outside the UK to get club merchandise with postage costing a fortune and add to finatics the joy on DBB face when announcing the deal that they have agreed to open a club shop in the new stadium why are we not opening the club shop.
Player saleries and length of contract isn't down to Moshiri
The guy has spent an absolute fortune on the Everton Stadium while also paying to upgrade Goodison with better viewing for the disabled supporters so yes he's made mistakes but it's Bill the liar and the board that are destroying our club.

Moshri didn’t buy any of the players.

Lamprdstheman I understand what you ate saying in that Moshiri has backed managers financially and I am massivelybgtateful for his effort and intentions but the execution of those intentions has been truly abysmal. We didn't need to change the way we operated we just needed more money to grow and expand the way we operated. The naivity of Moshiri has rocked the club badly. I do blame moshiri. Its like if your mate who is a mechanic says I'll fix your car for free, spends a full working week on it, invests his own money into parts but when you receive your car it's gone from a damaged car to a useless unsellable piece of crap. how are you going to feel? To extend that you would feel some fault for giving him hour car and that's where Ken right comes in to the blame part.

Unfortunately, Koeman operated a scatter gun approach to recruitment with seemingly no restrictions from the board. This left us with an unbalanced squad. We overpaid too as he whole world knew we had cash to burn. In my view, we’ve never recovered. There was no blueprint, no vision, no direction. My hope was that Lampard and Thelwell would have us safe enough that the fans would allow a period of growth. This has not happened and difficult not to jump on the bandwagon of calling for his head when we are so poor. We did spend money, whoever sanctioned Maupay and McNeil should be accountable as they are not of the standard required to help the squad.

I'm sorry Lamps but you are wrong if you think that some of our signings were not Moshiri's or his advisors, or that some of the ludicrous salaries given out were not at Moshiri's bidding.

The man, when it comes to football, is an imbecile and don't forget over half the money spent on this stupidity has been financed on loans taken out by Everton, on Moshiri's bidding, mostly to Moshiri's companies.

Bw2412 I didn't say he didn't buy players bud I said he has done and he's made mistakes the point I was making is he's spent a lot of money which is what fans expect their owners to do he's been badly advised from the start and his biggest mistake was not clearing the decks when he bought the club allowing Bill and co to carry running the club like a pub team.

He hasn't spent a fortune, we're saddled with debt.

Who chooses Moshiri’s advisors? Moshiri does.

God knows how he’s apparently made so much money because he seems clueless about running a business. If he’s been badly advised it’s because he’s listened to the wrong people. He’s invested hundreds of millions of his own money according to the advice of people who either don’t know what they’re doing or have their own agendas, ie Joorabchian.

I said he doesn’t buy the players because he doesn’t as he doesn’t have a clue about football. He wouldn’t know who
Sigardson
Iwobie
Gomez
Keane
Gabamin
Mina
Bernard
Dinge
Klassen
Sando
And all the other 50 bums I haven’t mentioned. Who would as they are crap. He has been let down by so called football men within the club. It’s their fault not his. No way he bought any of them bums how would have known who any of them are? Not like he said go and get me iwobie and I don’t care what he cost. He wouldn’t have even heard of Iwobie probably thought it was someone from Star Wars.

I’ve never heard of Iwobie?

Neither had moshri. I couldn’t even be bothered to check how to spell his name he isn’t worth checking as he is a wooden one. One of our worst ever buys ever. This is my point why would the owner sign these players when no1 wanted them or even heard of them. It’s daft what yous are saying.

To say he doesn't know who Iwobi is says you don't know much about who Moshiri is.
Moshiri and Usmanov were share holders in Arsenal when Iwobi and Walcott were playing there.
They tried to buy out Kroenke on numerous occasions but Kroenke resisted.
At least do your homework before slating the guy.
