Dcls problem is he is not instinctive when he gets in a place to shoot. Good strikers see the earliest opportunity 3shoot and take it. He thinks too much. That improves with confidence though.

It's the constant changes we've had to make in players to get rid of the rot. It's also the reason why we dont see the team kick on until January. If you look over the last three years, our form improves dramatically from the turn of the year. We are desperate for continuity. Changing again is going to be catastrophic IMO.
