Shocking decision but think the writing was on the wall in his last call up, he didn't even get a run out, then just 15 mins earlier this week . Clearly not in the plans of Southgate this time around! Just don't understand it!

You have a left-footed cb, who has been the best English centre half of the season in the hardest league in the world, so what then makes you think that he isn't ready to play Slovenia, Serbia and Denmark you twit. Worse still, you pick Mainoo and Wharton. I don't have any issues with that and think they should both go but at least be consistent in your reasoning.

Maybe if you'd have given him more than 30 minutes, he could have pushed the likes of Dunk, who has zero England tournament experience out of the squad. Jarrad has been playing extremely well in the league as well but yet you have overlooked him you gigantic melt.

Makes no sense to take Dunk over Branthwaite - surely he should be developing a squad for future tournaments not just this one.
To take Dunk who is unlikely to feature much at the Euros and will be 34 when the World Cup comes round is crazy.
This would have been the ideal time to take Branthwaite to get exposure to this type of set up so in 2yrs he’ll be more than ready for the World Cup.
Southgate is the reason that this squad of excellent players will never win anything as he’s too risk averse and sticks with what and who he knows rather then picking on form.
Disappointed for Jarrad as he’s been far better than the other centrebacks Southgate has decided to take.
