Think one of the lads mentioned this kid previously 'Roman Dixon'. They said he was a good young full back with proper raw pace. I believe he had been offered a new contract.
I see that Kouyate has been released. Didn't he have a good preseason and score for us not long back. Looked like he had a bit about him.

Never seen him kick a ball GB but cover for LB on a free would be most welcomed mate.

Kouyate has joined barrow i think. Wonder if Plymouth and Inverness take any of them ?.

I was on about Dixon a couple months ago. Like a bullet out of a gun. Seen him sprint down the wing and leave everyone in his wake while continuing with the ball and slotting it into the net. Could be one of these full backs who are better converted to wingers. I was surprised that Makenzie Hint was released though. Spent most the season on 1st team bench. Thought he would of been close to 1st team game at some point. But something is lacking in the U21s. If it's recruiting or the coaches, something has to change.

He might make the bench, but too young to get on the pitch. Surely there’s another 30 year old out there Thelwell can unearth?
