Some people saying FL 'hasnt got a clue'. Really? The man has lived n breathed PL football. He has worked with/ for some of the best. He's surrounded by people who know the game/ business. We are going to be ok. Just be patient and let the club fix our problems. We aren't going to win the league but we are progressing. Negative posts all over the place just make things worse. It adds pressure on players and mangers. They need support not telling off.

Well said Blueonion some of our fans need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture in all our games so far we have played well and just missing a focal point up top once we start playing a striker who can stretch the defence we will start winning games.

Your evidence for this? FL is here because he was the only choice. As such he has to be given time, how long will be down to the board and owners judgement, not ours. So far he has not demonstrated good judgement during game time, 86th minute sub only makes sense if for injury. Does it really take until that time to see a player isn't performing.

Are you really going to base all his management skills on the DCL situation? He messed up. i'm sure he's reminded of it on a daily basis. And i'm sure he has learned from it. let's move on.
Do you not believe we are in a better situation than we were 6 months ago?
Do you not think this transfer window has been a good one?
Do you not think he and everyone else at the club are trying their best to achieve success?
We have what we have at Everton. Its not going as we would like it at the moment, but we are improving. let's give our manager a chance.

I'm conflicted on your post. I wouldn't say Frank doesn't have a clue but he is still quite green as a manager and it shows at times. His man management, ability to get people playing for the shirt is amazing. He has some amazing qualities. My criticisms mainly stem from the formation. Frank has shown some great qualities and I am still on the Frank will do well with us side. I think some people on here just don't want anybody to critically analyse things. People started debating the formation and tactics and that great. I feel that there are some that just post negativity but some also will slam anybody that sways away from anything that's not completely positive. I honestly don't think these posts will effect Frank. Mate if a manger can't handle pressure, he is in the wrong game. The support for he players and manager has been phenomenal and the fans were a big part of you staying up so I don't really know what your on about in that regard. People also vent after games. I'm more on the positive side, although the formation challenges that for me but I have faith that Frank will see it doesn't work and change it. However to say we are going to be okay, mate you can't say that.

Some great posts as of late. You can be tolerant and see the negatives but still be positive. Like everyone can see there was terrible signings. The people making those decisions are not perfect and are mostly if not all left the club.

What is the point in constant jump the gun negativity? To be honest I didn't want Lampard initially. But no matter who the manager is they deserve a proper chance. Its amazing how some want him gone already.

Also Moshiri, to listen to some you would swear he wakes up every day and says 'how many millions will I throw away today'. Absolutely ya can't be positive with everything. But it's pure stupid to be going on about how bad Moshiri is for the club and get Lampard out. That's not negative which is fine it just doesn't make logical sense.

We have had 3 very good transfer windows in my opinion. Especially for the situation we are in. The owner looks like he has learned a lot. We have a manager that looks passionate and dedicated. Why not give him a chance. Of course we are going to struggle at times but calling for heads is very ironic.

Get Moshiri out? How many are in the que to replace him? Not only that who will replace him as owner, but who would put that amount of money in and do a better job?

Benitez last 13 games in charge we won 1 game. As I said didn't really want Lampard. He inherited a disastrous situation. Give the man time to turn it round. The end of the year will tell a lot. Also Moshiri said judge the window when it ends.

Won 6 games out of 22 so far. I will take wins however they come and be proud, if that is what is meant by decent amount by New Year.
