Rumoured that Carlo wants Allan. Wonder if we could throw in Iwobi, Siggy and Holgate in the deal.

Sighy and Holgate are decent footballers it's just fans think we are better than we are. Those 2 would get in most 7th to 12th placed teams and that's what we are.
Can't replace everyone at once and siggy and Holgate are about 15th on the list of players that have to go.

Sorry Smit have to disagree. Siggy past his prime and Holgate decent Championship player. As you say might get in a team around 7-10th. As that is not what we are aspiring to why would we keep them?

{Ed025's Note - for me the two of them should be near the top of the list when it comes to outgoings brass, mason is just not good enough and siggy is just so lethargic and seems to perform when he feels like it....as well as some others i might add mate..

Because if you haven't noticed Brassington we're skint and can't replace everyone.
Iwobi, Delph, Gomes, a RB, striker and RW need to come in before we can even think about shipping Holgate and Siggy out.
And we aren't replacing or buying those 6 in one window.

Holgate didn't have a good season, yet the season before when he played pretty CB all the time he was one of our better players. I'd keep him.

Get rid of those you mentioned Smit and you have already saved near 400k a week in wages. The only way we will move on as a club is if we move them out. Oh and you can add Bernard to that list, there’s another 120k.

We're not skint as such Woburn but we're in hot water already with P&L. We need to sell. Kean and one or two others before we can think about buying.
Selling Kean, Mina (and I'm not saying I want to) Bernard and if we could Iwobi and we could have some cash to spend.
