Is Josh King an Carlo / Brands signing?
Toson has scored more than King this season
When Carlo came in and we signed Kean, Decore, Allan, James I didn't see us bringing in Josh King - we are competing with Fulham for him - says it all

I hope however I eat my words!

I guess the thinking is that we need a back up, but also need someone versatile enough to play across the front 3 if needed. Tosun is not as versatile, if we need to keep squad size down due to ffp having a player that can cover more positions is quite valuable.

Agree it's not a stellar signing on paper, but is a fairly low risk one.

Reckon offers something the other left wingers don't with exception of Ricky. Goal threat and ability to play all along front line.

Previous league experience, only 6 months left on contract so will be relatively inexpensive. Whilst not a stellar signing if happens low risk with possible high rewards as as others have said offers something different up front.

Marcel not a fan of the January window so wouldn’t have expected a big signing but if this comes off would be fairly bit of decent business.

Cant compare him to Walcott or Bernard because this lad can score goals, and he is quick. Hope he gets the chance to play alongside DCL. Think they could do some real damage.
