Two points really:
1. Most of us don't actually think Rodriguez and Draxler would actually come to Everton, it would be great if they did but highly unlikely.
2. I can't think of any English club that can hang on to their best players. If the player wants to leave or an offer comes in that is acceptable to the board the player will go.

We didn't sign Stones because we wouldn't pay the ridiculous fee. Good job of sounding like a Liverpool fan going on about history, when was your last league title? And no I personally don't think James will sign for Chelsea (I hope not anyway) . I can't remember any player that we've lost that was an integral part of our future that we couldn't hang on to.

Actually Dubliner, I'm good friends with Draxler's brother's wife's second cousin and he says that Julian was unsure on a move until we went and spent 25mil on Bolasie. That made him sit up and take notice and think "wow, they're going to be champions league winners in 2 years. Plus they used to win the league before I was born! Get me Koeman on the phone now! "

Of course we don't think we're going to sign Rodriguez or Draxler! Give us a break though, we need to entertain ourselves somehow, after the last 2 years of Roberto we need any entertainment we can get!
