Sick of hearing he wasn't brands choice. No one knows really let's be honest, its all speculation. But i 100% think brands is behind this appointment.

Doesn’t seem a Brands type of manager with his style of play or the huge influence of his agent (which will see us miss out on a LOT of good young players because Nuno apparently ignores advice from anyone in regards to signing players except Mendes) .

That’s not the point mate, it’s about who Mendes recommends. Wolves allegedly missed out on some serious talents in Germany and America because Mendes told him to get other players.

As always, the majority are taking the negatives out of the potential appointment. We could get some great Portuguese talent/ we’ll miss out on talent from other countries. Let’s just see what happens.

Morning guys. I think I’m correct, Mendes is on the board at Wolves, so we may be giving Nuno undue stick regards transfer policy. Rumours are they parted ways due to not being able to meet his ambition, he needed to rebuild again. Last season was poor due to selling key players and losing several key players. They were a match for most teams since coming up. Not my first choice, but think he will do well.

Portuguese or not, it's not like we have a great track record for signing great young talent from across Europe, so I'm really not sure what the argument about where he gets his young players is coming from.
