Not sure if anyone else has heard but lots of people getting in touch saying Dom to Newcastle for £25 million. On his day he can be really good, but need more of them days if he does stay.

Yep money needed, if Cannon, Gray and Iwobi go not to mention Gbamin, Gomes, Maupay etc our Team could change dramatically especially with our new arrivals already in, we have needed this big time for so long.

Whilst we all want to see Cannon do well, the fact he’s 20 and can’t get in ahead of Maupay and we’ve just splashed £15m on a 19yr old striker suggests that the management team feel he’s not going to step up to the first team as a regular.
Therefore probably best to sell him and reinvest whatever money we make on him into a position we need - however would hope the club if so sell him insist on a buyback or sell in clause just in case he improves considerably.

If Cannon goes I would prefer a loan or buyback clause then he gets valuable experience, we clearly don’t have plans to play him this season but I’ve got a feeling this lad will come good.

As long as we have first option and 50% sell on then fine. Otherwise what’s the point? Archer went to sheff utd for £18m and didn’t have a much better goals to games record. We also spent twice that on a lad who is completely unproven so why such a low fee?

Leeds fan I know reckons he can speak perfect English, just doesn’t want to speak to the media in case he gets misquoted/ lost in translation. Apparently got fined on a weekly basis for not doing the contracted 7 interviews after the games. Lived in a 1 bed flat above a newsagents instead of all the trappings of a luxury lifestyle.

If it's Bielsa the Club has not done it's homework. As someone else said you cannot bring Bielsa in mid season, he is not a miracle worker but he is methodical and likes his Teams to be supremely fit. He has to come in pre-season. It's a conundrum, a Dyche can hit the ground running, or they (board) can gamble on Baines etc! Nobody but themselves to blame.

Yeah it's a known joke with the Leeds players that Bielsa speaks English and certainly understands it. He liked the distance it gave him using a translator but he coaches in English. I hear his old assistant who's boss at West Brom is now on the list. Did a great job at Huddersfield and has turned West Brom around very quickly. Seems he's a prodigy of Bielsa. Very tactically smart and has sorted Broms defence into a well drilled unit and has got them scoring and plays positive football. We will probably go for another serial loser but from what I've read, he's a strong candidate.

To say he has to get the players fit is a bit misleading. These players are already fit, there just not trying. We need a hard nose like Bielsa to push these lazy buggers, and make them work as a unit.
Don’t get him in and we could be missing out on one of the most admired coaches in world football.

Have to agree about Midfield, he has got them playing like a load of strangers. As fir Dom i wouldn't even offer him a contract, i know it can be difficult the ball just lumped up to him but he can't hold it up at any time.
