I keep changing my mind about what's best to do regarding selling players etc but I think if we are going to sell then we should hit the reset button fully and sell Onana DCL Branthwaite. Make some shrewd signings no idea who and then start a proper rebuild where we can slowly improve each year. I think Dyche is the best chance we have of being able to do that and he woukd be in it for the long haul like moyes was.

Quite simple for me monkeynuts, if they want out and can't commit to us then get the best price possible and let them go!
Ideally like DCL and Jarrod to stay and be bedrocks of the club moving forward, don't realise how lucky they are, we could be at the start of a positive era in the club topped off by a world class stadium in just over a year.

Team needs a strong spine. We have Pickford, Branthwaite and DCL as that spine. Need to do all we can to tie them down, and then build a team around them.

Completely agree Brassington. Losing just one of these would have a negative affect on the squad. All three will send us down for sure. Branthwaite is not a conversation as he’s got about 3 or 4 years left on his contract so if we don’t need the money then unplug the phone and take the paper out of the fax machine. DCL needs London fashion week off and he’ll be happy to sign and tell Pickford that only Newcastle have shown interest. All three then stay and we win the league.
