While people criticise dyche style, I think he'll bring fight and passion back to the club.

He will recruit hard working players first and foremost, which is what we've been lacking for years, players who can run and press and tackle rather than these lot jogging to close ball down.

He's also tactically astute and flexible . Given time this will work while we get ffp sorted.

{Ed025's Note - im with you totally geoff..

As a Bielsa fan, I support Dyche as our boss. Good luck saving us but expect flack in the summer. Sorry but it's blatantly going to be a divisive appointment.

Efc playing the percentages. Shot to nothing he might keep us up (he wont) he is a good manager for a club in the championship which is what we will need next season.

Don't get me wrong. I think dyche is a decent appointment and a good long term one. Absolutely fully behind him but I think too much damage has been done for us to have any chance of staying up largely due to the lack of quality on the pitch. If we go down I hope we stick with dyche and keep faith in him that he will get us back up!
