The banner outside Rafa's house makes me embarrassed to be an Evertonian and have these so called 'supporters' put in the same bracket!
If you are against the appointment then fine but to make pathetic banners with threats is absolutely vile.

Completely agree, its distasteful and degrading for the whole fanbase. Putting 'threatening' bedsheets up is pathetic! its a shame that the minority affects us all.

Totally agree, disgusting behaviour. It's very easy to kid ourselves as fans that we are better than the rest. This just goes to prove that when pushed we have the same vile minority of fans that everyone else does.

We are just lucky that the Euros are on, and that the press barely give a hoot about Everton, because if this was our neighbours it would have been all over the front pages this morning.

Absolutely despicable isn't it. If I was him I'd say enough is enough and walk away, threatening the family home is a total disgrace. We'd be back to square one with the manager hunt but I'm passed caring about that really, more arsed about the vile abuse already being directed at a thoroughly decent human being. Embarrassed to be an Everton fan.
If he does decide to take the job still the club need to do the right thing and immediately get big dunc and a couple of other respected blues out in the media bigging up the appointment.

As an evertonian I am embarrassed by the actions of whoever did this. You can voice concerns and make an impact without threats.

The idiots who have done this however, are so soft they put the banner outside the wrong house!

Totally unforgivable

All I've heard of him is that he is a decent man but actually, even if he wasn't, this type of behavior is unacceptable

I'm sure we all apologise for the behavior of a few morons who are simply not Everton.

{Ed025's Note - very much so bw..

Shows how out of touch people are; Brexit, C.V., climate failure, drugs, deforestation, the ice-capades, racism, sexism, homaphobism, child exploitation and yet some nob head feels that who the everton manager is, is a worthy protest. Secondly, I have to question the committment, serious ness and capabilities of those involved. Indeed i'm inclined to think if the best they can muster is a manky old bed sheet, they can be that serious, so why bother. Which leads me to believe that this person has commitment issues. and that alone makes me have no respect for them.

Whilst everyone is intitaled to their opinion, a Very small minority of people who appose Rafers appointment are actively dragging our club into disrepute, and if any of these people are identified, they should be permently excluded from the ground.
However, those media outlets that have been propergating the lie about a wide spread backlash against the apiontment must also take some responsibility for the actions of these idiots.

Who ever put this banner up deserves to be prosecuted, it’s a threat to him and his family, what sort of a club and city are we, I’m embarrassed to be an Everton supporter at this moment in time, the man is being brought in to hopefully do a great job for us, players and managers come and go just like in other walks of life.
I really hope he signs and prove all those knuckle dragging Rafa out banner idiots wrong.
