Anyone else worried that we are being linked with mostly end of career players? It’s been stated enough that we have been swamped with ‘last-chance-big-contract’ players in recent years and I hope it isn’t more of the same.

Not overly worried BR2020-21. Older players yes but still 3/ 4 years left in them so can certainly improve us short term.
None of the speculated prices seem exorbitant, so not having resale value is probably an acceptable price to pay in exchange for players of this calibre.
These next 3 years will then give us a chance to develop youth or invest in potential rather than dramatically chopping and changing every year which has been our recent pattern.
It would be nice to buy high quality younger players but we simply can't compete with the bigger clubs at this time.

If you look a carlo’s M. O. he's signed older players where ever he’s gone were crying out for leaders and experience all over the pitch i don't care how ild players are if they improve the squad for the next few season that gives the younger player time to grow into their potential.

Joao Moutinho was an end of career player. Been fantastic for Wolves. We need some fresh experience in there to show some players what the bench looks like when they're not pulling their weight!
