I know it’s mentioned below about Joel Piroe but thought I would start again as this may get lost as the subject rapidly changed to the Lookman Walcot debate
Ed you have mentioned before about Brands not going back to PSV for players like when there was the talk of Lozano, as it wouldn’t be in good taste cherry picking the side you just left. My question though is would this still be the reflection of approaching PSV for players? Is a season later enough water under the bridge in the world of football?
{Ed002's Note - He's a kiddie and has not managed to get in to the first team at PSV but has done well in the youth set up. He would not be one for the first team but he is refusing a new contract and is out of contract in the summer - which means Everton can speak with him now and look to agree compensation with his club. Juventus are already in this process and will then ship him out on loan.}

I read a long time ago that Brandts feels that the dutch league is not tough enough to develop players for the prem league. It was when he said this I felt he might be the right man for the job.
Not sure of his exact words.
