What do you Everton fans think of Tom Cleverly at £8 million pounds with only 12 months left on his Manchester United contract, would he improve your team?

{Ed025's Note - im not impressed at all red wire, i cant see what he would offer our first team, or in fact who he would replace, he seems, after a promising start, to have gone backwards, and £8m for a squad player is too much for a club of our wealth, but maybe bobby sees something i dont, and i trust him implicitly to make the right call on him mate.. maybe the real mike will give more of an insight into his worth.. :)

1.) Clevs is amazing. Don't take my word for it though, take a look at these quotes from the great and good of football.

Mike that's my favourite post in 3 years of frequenting this site, superb

3.) Cleverley is a good sauad player for a top 6 team and a good player for a mid-table team.

4.) Sounds like your getting a % of Cleverley's sale fee lol

I'd sooner take Seb Larsson and Ben Arfa, at least they look like they both enjoy & like playing football

5.) Mike you are undoubtedly a genius in posting on here. Also in all my years of watching football, I have never seen anyone execute the 3 yard sideways pass with the composure and guile of cleverly. 8million quid. its a absolute steal.

6.) Sure he can kick a ball all nice and such

but 53 games since 2009, c'mon @ man u that should be 200-253 games

am I going completely mad!, what does cleverley actually do, he isn't good enough for the conference, he makes shaun derry look like maradona, please make this be rubbish, I can't bare the thought of him at everton
