Southampton haven't given him permission to talk to him so as far as I can see it won't happen and he is under contract .

Yeah in a saints fan . If he stays he stays if he goes he goes things change in football quickly . But I'm just starring what radio Solent are saying Everton haven been given him permission to speak to him . Also he seems a man of his word he said he would see out his contract . Frankie, I think your set up at Southampton is one of the best in the country / Europe. This means you'll no doubt appoint a good replacement (if RK does join us - which I still don't think he will) and you will be just fine.

I worry Koeman gets a lot of credit for the good work done by others behind the scenes.

Frankie the thing is mate when managers/ players join clubs these days, we all have to expect as a natural , well The 'moving on' stage and I don't recall RK opening his shirt to reveal another one claiming ' Once a Saint always a Saint'

I happen to agree with the original post, I don't want to become one of these faceless clubs without humility. Yes we have a little bit of cash now but it doesn't entitle us to anything. It wasn't so long ago that we were all up in arms about Chelsea trying to force our hands over stones, I hated them for that.
