Think our issue with ffp had made lots of clubs over cautious. We're like the lab rat in the Premier league and everyone has taken notice.

Points deduction is like a financial penalty coupled with a relegation threat. Add to those encouraging compensation claims from relegated Clubs. Add to those dismal comments, rule changes mean before Thelwell etc! can properly get to grips, we are hit with a second charge. It is those messing up that should be hit in the pocket. Instead the board resigns with a payoff and the owner just sells up.
