Just read that ‘The football regulator won’t be dishing out fines for clubs’.

Does this mean we aren’t likely to see and repercussion in the near future?

That's the government led one not the one looking into our minor discrepancy.

Everton have posted losses of 370million buy when the club have adjusted that figure it is within the P/ s limit.
The Premier league have chosen only to sanction transfers for 2 seasons and liaised with the club.
So when we post those losses but the adjusted losses are within the P/ S threshold and accepted by the Premier league do we fear one charge for a loan inconsistency against the stadium?

The regulator for English football will now not recommend sporting sanctions for clubs - ruling out points deductions for breaching regulations on finances and respecting the desires of fans, the government has outlined.
