Well it looks like Dyche. personally think its because he will cost less, but the main objective is staying in the Premier league. and I suppose he represents less of a gamble. but having said that, I think his shortcomings will be exposed over a longer timeline. I hope not. The main CHANGES that need to be made are at boardroom level, Kenwright polarising figure that he is needs to go, DBB also needs to go, she is worthy of respect, but to go from running EITC to CEO of the club smacks of jobs for the boys, that role needs a corporate psychopath, Graeme Sharp needs to stand down as well in my opinion, he was a straight talker about everything Everton when he was doing radio commentary, now he sounds like a full on company man, the fans for all their recent misdemeanours true or false, have put everything into supporting Everton for a very long time and had all most no return for their investment, Jaime Carragher as much as I dislike him, is correct.

I think Dyche is a safe bet. Back to the Moyes era in a way. Not spectacular but hard to break down. Look on the bright side, we will get 2 up front now lol.

What are his shortcomings? For me he can change tactics and is a good Man Manager. 4 4 2.

I would say his shortcomings would probably be adapting the tactics when its not working, and bringing in players that will accentuate backs to the wall, fight for your life football. I get that we do need that at the moment, I just have misgivings about the long term, I hope he proves me dead wrong mind you, I will happily consume large quantities of humble pie if that proves to be the case.

If it's Dyche I will support him. Nice to see Skylark buying in as well.
