Surely the art of good management is having the skill to change things when the need arises, to identify what needs changing and rectify it.
A lot of Everton's problems are within the club itself, I can see it, 38,000 supporters can see it but those in the club can't. We are seeing same situations over and over again and not being solved by papering over the cracks.
Maupey, McNeil, Iwobi for example.

I understand the comments about mcneil and maupay, however I don’t get the dislike for iwobi.
He’s our most improved player and one that seems to give his all every game.

Iwobie is useless Ginger Dan not good enough for the premier league. He has been consistently bad for 5 years see this is the problem with Everton someone plays bad for 4 seasons then has 1 or 2 average games and we think he is brilliant. If it looks like a duck quacks like a duck it’s a Duck. Same with Gordon and the two full backs all useless. Your man Gana gay should retire no harm to him what is he even doing back at Everton our recruitment is bloody ridiculous and it needs sorted now enough is enough.

They conducted a review, carried out by those same people who in our opinion needed reviewing. It's called Management politics. The idea is to fool some (enough) people, some of the time and hope they forget the rest of the phrase. It is repetition I know but lot's of statements and PR from various, the most telling being Moshri's 'Bill is in charge'. Some of us have said over and over again we believe Bill has to take an honoury back seat but others (A majority! ) , have saud we are talkjng rubbish and Bill has little or no influence. Interesting to hear what the verdict is now.

''If it looks like a duck quacks like a duck it’s a Duck. '' lol actually Cheshire wood frogs sound a bit like a duck mate ?

Iwobi has improved it's true and with better players around him etc. . . well who knows? Yep if it looks like a cliché sounds like a cliché it must be a flppin 'cliché' ?.

But don't forget they made Graham Sharp a director to appease

Without Portfolio which means no specific job - as if there's not plenty that needs sorting out

6 years and the others still there to fu** it up.

{Ed025's Note - i must admit i hate the old boys network we have bw, too many hangers on,s who are getting paid and making decisions that effect our future when they should only be part of our past..

I'm not having the hype around Iwobi, he's average at best, his passing at times is absolutely shocking, I've lost count of the amount of times I've watched him going for a ball which is 60/ 40 in his favour. only to see him get turned over, Gordon is similar, we should have taken the money for him and spent it wisely. then again Lampard and Thelwell brought Mcneil, Maupay and Dele Ali in so giving them money to spend.

As Brian says "The art of good management is having the skill to change things when the need arises, to identify what needs changing and rectify it. "

Therefore "At Everton the art of good ownership is having the skill to ignore things when the need arises, to hide away from what needs changing and allow incompetent people to rectify it. "
