Hi Ed any truth on Roberto looking at Roberto Firmino? also heard whispers that we have had scouts looking at the Uruguay youngster from Udinese Nicolas

{Ed002's Note - Firmino will very likely move in the summer with Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Shakhtar, Zenit, Manchester United and Schalke interested. I am aware that Everton, Dynamo Kiev and Liverpool have also looked at Firmino but have not declared interest with his agent or Hoffenheim who would like to offer him a new deal. Roberto Firmino was previously subject of a rejected bid from Southampton.
I cannot see Lopez moving to Everton this summer.}

Yes he has been good for us apart from the mid season blip when he had that injury. If we can't then Rodriguez from the Saints would be a good buy.

I reckon we'd pay anything below 20 mill. but wages are the issue. He's most likely to go to Atletico Madrid so Chelsea can get Diego Costa in. Chelsea and Atletico have the Courtois issue to sort too . so a deal for Lukaku would be a a good sweetener for them. One season wonder I'd say for us . but I'll be supporting him and Mirallas (and even Fella) in the World Cup.

17m? What a ripoff, apparently dortmund and roma are interested, if so, let him go, he woukdnt choose everton over them anyway, mate about costa, I think torres will be offered in exchange for costa, works for everyone

I don't think rodriguez is the player we need, 17m for him is not a rip off compared to some of the prices of players these days, proven prem goalscorer 20 years old, shame we prob can't afford him tho
