Yes there is intrest buying Everton from Mideast

Believable25 Unbelievable35

It is true talks started last summer

Agree0 Disagree0

Its spread by KenWrong to trry and keep us happy

Agree0 Disagree0

There's more chance of Jelavic scoring 2 or more goals this season than a takeover.

Rumour going round that a middleast. Group intrested buying Everton for 125 million?

Believable15 Unbelievable34

You mean it was said on a web site The board want £125 million and there is interest.

Agree0 Disagree0

He means Stan Collymore said it on talk sport. an he heard of a source. Probaly some bint he met dogging.

Agree0 Disagree0

Here we go again. Season tickets to be renewed by any chance?

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton responded to Collymore's questions and that was the answer? Interest could just mean they emailed a PDF of the prospectus to someone and that's it no more.

Agree0 Disagree0

No doubt another fella in a 1 bedroomed flat in Dubai.

I know these rumours appear at this point every season, but it's surely only a matter of time before someone does see the massive potential of our club.
The debt isn't insurmountable, the fan base is massive and passionate, the history is is there in black and white and we have a great youth set-up. (In fact only Barca and Ajax kids are rated higher than ours).
We would probably sell for around 100m and 50m for the manager would surely bring results. In today's market that isn't a massive outlay. I know we need to either re-develop or move, but this could be done in a few years. Success on the pitch would generate more money and a higher profile. I'm not after Arab billionaires, I would be happy if we got someone who could guarantee us a 15m transfer kitty each season. JMO

After the Wigan match the fee has been changed to 125 pounds.

Agree0 Disagree0

Twoold, why would anyone go out and buy a season ticket because we there might be interest from someone to buy the club? can't stand people like you who post this every single time.
If there is speculation regarding a player, people like you say the same thing again and again and again.
Andy The Chef

Agree0 Disagree0

£125 m?. can anyone here tell me how much is the football club worth? I mean how many assets have we got and what are they valued at?. plus what is the current debt. add these figures together and they don't come to anywhere near £125m. now would you pay X w (well over the odds) when something is woth y (well below what it is worth). erm NO you wouldnt. so why do you think astute business people would pay 40-50 million more than EFC is worth. ANSWER they won't! end of. this club will not be sold!

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh yeah forgot. plus a NEW or massively developed stadium needs to happen before these astute business people (and remember it is business and they want to see a return on their money) will put any money in. so now were saying £125m plus we need to have a new stadium. what another £200m. yeah right!
This present board have invested zero. yes zero not 1 p into this club not a penny and you wonder why we are in this predicement?. THINKABARRRRRIT!

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you know how much a 1 bedroom flat in Dubai costs!

Agree0 Disagree0

This is what I like about Everton fans. We know we're being lied to, but we still follow the and support the team and club blindly. We shouldn't have to do this. There has been no transparency for years! No AGM, constantly lied to.
1) Kings Dock Money Ring Fenced
2) Tesco are giving us £90m for Kirkby Stadium
3) The ground will fail its safety certificate. and many, many more.

We've been asset stripped in front of our very eyes and we've sat back and done nothing. You have to give it to the RS, they wouldn't put up with this, they'd pull this rotten regimes ivory tower down around their ears and send them packing!

I'm not renewing, until I'm satisfied where my hard earned cash is going? It's not being re-invested that's for sure. The Blue Union were right all along, they saw this coming 18 months ago. I just wish it hadn't taken me so long to open my eyes!

Dave M

Agree0 Disagree0

Dave M? Moyes that you >>>? The only assets we have are the players! End of!

Agree0 Disagree0

The bottom line is from a sellers point of view its reasonable, from a buyers its not its a starting price how many of us have bought houses in the past for 50k done nothing to them & tried to sell for 150k same thing. Also as a business you could go to potential buyer saying new TV monies mean if we continue at our current rate i. e. 8/9 in Prem looking at 100 million min from TV alone. That's what you've money back in about one year not bad

Agree0 Disagree0

Er why would the board sell this season when they have the TV money coming in next year? Surely they will wait till its in their pockets before even considering trying to sell the club?

Can anyone confirm why Fellaini did not attend an event for sick kids today and Naismith did it instead?

Believable4 Unbelievable11

I think its quite clear that the fans who hurled abuse at him at the game had clearly got to him and considering he is now scapegoat number 1 it was probaly wise not to attend as he would have only got more abuse. I think it would have been a poor decision to let him attend when feelings are raw.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why throw the "sick kids" bit in?
Andy The Chef

Agree0 Disagree0

He was supposed to be at the Everton 2 shop in Liverpool 1

Agree0 Disagree0

It had nothing to do with "sick kids" or anything remotely charitable. Ot was a signing session at the club shop designed to shift more merchandise.

Why are people always so desperate to blow thing out of all proportion?

Agree0 Disagree0

I'll tell you why it's because he's a complete T**t!
When he gave the ball away at the Wigan game, he turned his back. The Fans in the Bullens Road where telling him to turn around as the ball was still in play, he then gestured to the fans that 'if they could do better they should replace him on the pitch' They again told him to turn around as Wigan were boxed in and still had the ball. He gave the Bullens Road the V sign and was subbed. He went straight down the tunnel, changed and got into his car and drove off! That is gospel! I hate him now! He can f**k off to Chelsea or wherever he wants to go. He quite clearly doesn't want to play for us. I will never clap him when his name is read out again. Treated like a hero, treats his loyal fans like s**t!
Dave M

Agree0 Disagree0

Disgusted in Fellaini if am honest. The money he earns through us the fans makes me sick to my stomach. He should be fined heavily if he's done that on the pitch. 4 weeks of his wages would probably buy a very hungry youth team player that has a bit more desire than that lump

Believable11 Unbelievable2

I have a queston for Collymore, Hows does it feel that Ulrika Binned him for Sven?

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Mar 2013 21:48:44

Hi ed's and fellow blue's just thought I would let you know a web site (which I don't like) at 7pm tonight claims that they have spoke to an official from EFC and asked lots of questions about;
Takeover's/How much the club is for sale/ Moyes contract/ Why don't we hold AGM meetings/What happened to the 30 Million that was ring fenced for Kings Dock/What exactly is Phillip Green's involvment with Everton/Why does Kenwright want so much for the club when we have no assets and debt/Why have the board allowed Moyes contract to run down this much/
and much more, seems worth a listen. 7PM tonight lads, a web site we should all listen to see if we hear anything new or the usual BS

home from work tonight and lo and behold there's the renawals for our season tickets on the mat. if our manager can't or won't commit to the club and the players can't show us any commitment on the field I am afraid they won't be getting mine either. I will be picking and choosing my games next season.

Believable8 Unbelievable1

I think people need to wake up and realise that Moyes wants the best deal for himself and there is nothing wrong with that. After 11 years he does not have to prove his loyalty and i'm sure all the fans slating Felli have all had those days when it goes wrong and have snapped back at someone giveing them grief. if your that fickle who cares if you give your season ticket up. Me and do many fine Bluenoses will be be chearing are boys on and giving them our best rather than crying and feeling sorry for ourselves.

Agree0 Disagree0

Either your an unnamed red fanning the flames, or you are easily pleased watching and putting up with that dross we witnessed sat. as for fickle, 43 years I've been going the match home and away, and European trips, through good and bad times. I've had season tickets all in all totalling 28 seasons. I have to pull my b. lls out year after year to pay for my commitment. is it to much to ask the manager, players even the board who all get payed kings ransoms to actually stop taking us for mugs and show us a bit of the same?

Agree0 Disagree0

In other words, you don't really support the club. The only real excuse for not renewing is of you can't afford it, then it's fair enough!

You are the kind of fan we slate at other clubs.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh and the board do not draw salaries from the club.

Moyes keeps saying that his contract situation isn't having an effect on the team, even though we all can clearly see it has! We're not the same team that bullied United's defence (namely Fellaini) on the opening day, and we haven't been since Moyes said he was going to assess the situation at the end of the season. We're in an awful run of form, we're out the cup, Liverpool have overtaken us, all down the contract situation and the lack of purchases in January. So Mr. Moyes should let everyone know what he is doing now, either put pen to paper or leave.

true rumour, everton players in a bust up at half time and full time, police nearly called into dressing room, DM and BK having heated exchange DM has resigned but is staying till end of season, and he has told the players he is off.
ed hope you can find out more, that's a very high post in efc can't name due to nature of the leak.
steblue69 {Ed025's Note - i have yet to speak to any of my guys, but when i do, i will let you know..

Believable12 Unbelievable15

Why would you resign but stay til the end of your contract? It's pointless.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is true though (the heated exchange that is)

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would Moyes resign when he's out of contract at the end of the season?

Agree0 Disagree0

What a complete and utter load of S**te, You have no insider information, otherwise it would be all over the newspapers and internet. Please stick to your own site!

Agree0 Disagree0

That's right Everton Rumours, just keep letting the Liverpool supporters post silly pathetic made up stories on our page. I really feel like deleting this site from my favourite list, they are laughing at us and I think that you are somehow in on it aswell and I have been with you since day one.
Andy The Chef. {Ed025's Note - it was just a rumour andy, which this site does, its not that far fetched mate, i hope there were heated exchanges in the dressing room...its the least we deserve!..

Agree0 Disagree0

I just can't see the team spirit evaporating so quickly after the Reading result. Kewnwright and Moyes arguing may be, but I can't Kenwright going in all gums blazing after the result.
Ed what's the score? Find out an let us know! {Ed025's Note - i will try mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

This is true mate of mine is a police officer working at Goodison sat confirmed this to be true. Felliani cxld Everton 2 signing today aswell

Agree0 Disagree0

I have been told the same story about half time incident when a few players were squaring up to each other. not bothered if you don't believe it but as an interim manager of another club was fond of saying. FACT

Agree0 Disagree0

Its true. 100% he is staying till we get replacement. the guy is head of security at goodison

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed do me a fav check this story b4 ars e ho les on here thin am a red

this is 100% gen, felli ducked out of his obligations today due to sat and his sticking 2 fingers up, and the club telling him he could not go due to it.

celtic manager neil lennon is being linked to replace moyes at the end of the season source daily record dailr mirror and the courier {Ed025's Note - i hope not!..

Believable5 Unbelievable10

No chance he will stay at celtic a lot of people are saying to go for martinez

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh dear, no!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would he leave Celtic - massive crowds, European football every season, better finances, etc. , etc. - for Everton? Unless its too easy for him at Celtic in Scotland and he fancies having to play competitive matches every week.

Agree0 Disagree0

If celtic sell there top players then he may leave but I think he will stay I would have him at everton he's firey and would get the best out of the players he's doesn't alow any player thinking he's bigger than the club

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't want that creature anywhere near EFC

Agree0 Disagree0

And what's wrong with neil lennon he's a good manager {Ed025's Note - says who?..

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Mar 2013 22:00:03
I'd rather have Keith Chegwin than Lennon.

Agree0 Disagree0

"Who says Neil Lennon is a good manager" - why, Mrs Lennon of course, and all the little Lennons.
We'd do better with John Lennon - imagine.

Agree0 Disagree0

He is a good manager lol he does manage 1 of the biggest clubs in the world got them to the last 16 of the champions league with no money spent regardless of what people think he's a good manager

It's quite simple to finish top four you need someone who can score 20+ goals or two three players who hit double figures we have not got that but everyone was sure Jelavic would be the man and I still think he will score plenty of goals but we have not won games we should of our top scorer is felleni I think then baines probably we need to achieve what we all wanted at start season that was to get back into Europe and we can do that, yesterday was a huge set back I thought we could get to final and win it but let's not forget our target top 4 was a bonus we have played bad last couple of months but moyes will pick us up, Jelavic to go on a run and we can have a strong finale {Ed007's Note - Jelavic will not score plenty of goals, not for Everton anyways, you were warned about him when you signed him.}

Believable6 Unbelievable10

Unfortunately the fa cup draw means we now need 2 finish 5th 2 get into Europe. With our remaining fixtures I feel this is extremely unlikely

Lotan

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that true? About finishing 5th. ? {Ed025's Note - it all likelyhood..yes..

Agree0 Disagree0

We haven't had a player in teh number 9 shirt - surely Everton's most iconic for over 5 years - that says it all about Moyes priorities.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi, to ed 07,

I do remember us being warned about Jelavic before we signerd him, and its clear that his ability is not what we first thought. however can I ask what you mean, "not for everton anyway"? Do you mean the standard of football in the prem? or that he has had a fallout and will be off soon? there is loads of ways this could be taken and I was just wondering in what context he won't score for us ( other than the fact he's just not good enough it seems )
Just a wondering, that's all.
we all knew he had his problems off field ( going on strike and so on) but have they followed him here? if you could let us know I would be happy! cheers!
molly 888 {Ed007's Note - I meant I expect him to leave Everton during the summer, sorry. Jelavic doesn't have a habit of hanging around at clubs and as you say, he went on strike at his last two in order to engineer moves away. If someone is willing to meet the financial side of any deal I am confident he will leave. Naismith is a much better player IMO, I'm surprised he hasn't been more prolific for you.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Your replies are awful everyone thought Jelavic was the striker we needed last season now he is in a bad patch he is not good enough most clubs have one player who take them out where would they be in league with the points they have won single handed

Man utd- RVP
Liverpool - Suarez
Spurs- bale
Chelsea- mata

They have won so many points for club so guy proves his point when he says you need goals to get u top 4

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi ed07, just a quick thanks for the response, I gathered as much from his past that we may struggle to keep him. Shame really, he was a revelation last season.
Also naismith, I have to behonest i'm surprised you have said that. Having not watched rangers last season I couldn't confirm, but naismith has been poor if i'm being honest.
Hes been played wide right, which obv isn't his position, and we know the, assive injuries he's had, just seems he doesn't really bring anything to the squad. Again, I will probably be proved wrong if we ever see him updront. Thanks again ed, appreciate the response!
Molly888 {Ed007's Note - No problem Molly, any time. You should put a number '1' before the '8's in your name :-) I am surprised myself that Naismith hasn't done better, his problem was always staying fit and it was never just a wee niggling injury, he always seemed to get the serious ones, it was a shame for him in that way. I'm sure if he gets fit and is played in the middle you would see a different player, play him up front with a good quality poacher and they would score goals, Naismth can run all day and brings some urgency into the attack. At the time Naismith was the only player at Rangers I would have taken at Celtic, I haven't seen much of Everton so my opinion is really still based on when he was up here but I would think he could regain that form again if played the right way.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Naismith is worse than James McFadden! Ed7 I think you are letting your club loyalties cloud your judgement. A Celtic fan who doesn't like a former Rangers man? Who'd have thunk it? {Ed007's Note - Oh yeah see how I have heavily slated ex-Rangers man Naismith in my answer. Did you skip school the day they done reading, moron?}

Agree0 Disagree0

Nice, mature reply from Ed7! Your complements of Naismith were back-handed at best. Besides, I used to read every day at school, not just once! Your parents clearly forgot to teach you any manners. {Ed007's Note - Read through my 'back handed' compliments of Naismith, and point them out to me. What is back-handed in saying he was the only Rangers player I would have taken to CFC? Just because I wasn't offering to go for a windy walk through the autumn leaves doesn't mean it is back-handed.
Your parents clearly forgot to learn about contraception, so it is hardly my fault you are an idiot.}
