Came on here to see who you guys might be linked with and to see everton banter.
I've witnessed a war of words between Everton and Arsenal instead.
If each side is so confident, why not make a bet. Eg you have been comparing similar teams and which player is better and manager. Who has the easiest run ins, who will beat who.
Why don't all the protagonists make a bet. Say £50 each, whoever teams finishes lowest in the league gives money to the other fans clubs charity?
That way you find out who's willing to back up what they put on their board with real sentiment.

neil was spot on. Ross can't defend. He gives away a lot of possession in the defensive half,and is thus a liability in that position. Sadly though thta might hinder ross's career,because at times you are required even as a number 10 to defend and help the team. He's right that ross gives roy a headache is it worth playing barkley because he may open up a defense,at the same time having to ensure 2 very defensively minded players because ross can't do his defensive duties? Neil was alluding to that conundrum facing roy.
{Ed025's Note - for me bob he is a kind of luxury player but he offers something that others cant, when you look at the better england teams with the likes of hoddle, le tissier and gazza in they were a lot better to watch, there is room for a ross in the team or else we will all be bored to tears mate..

Not being from liverpool originally, (northwales)I won't quite understand the scouse divide. I was also pretty young in the early 90's and late 80's so missed a lot of the closely fought contests etc for the league.
I've just always been one of those fans that regardless of who's in european competition etc.I'll support the British side as I think it speaks volumes for the English game the better we do. Also my step dad is an evertonian, and I never wanted to see him miserable when I was younger so never really ''hated '' on the blues.
Maybe it was my circumstances I don't know. But from my view I would certainly be hoping for a liverpool win in a role reversal.

Liverpool fan here. You get knobhead fans for everyteam sadly this is part and parcel of the game. You shouldn't wish for your own team to lose though just for another team not to stand a chance of winning the league.
Arsenal are playing 2 teams in a relegation scrap that could see them drop points, and you blues heading to the champs league.
{Ed025's Note - i agree with your first point bob, but as we all know there is nothing nicer than rubbing our noses in it when you lot are doing well for a lot of your fans, i remember 94 mate, when we had to beat wimbledon to stay up, oh how you celebrated when they took the lead, there is a lot of bitterness between the clubs, but its not all 1 sided, i personally dont care who wins the league if everton dont, and im sure that after 38 games the one who deserves it will win..
