Regarding a new manager IF Bobby goes I would suggest we go with someone who can best manage and motivate our excellent crop of youngsters. Bring in a first class keeper and take it from there. I have a feeling Moyes will come out soon saying he would play a more attacking style as our players have shown they can do that (together with his cautious style) and that will land him the job. Not saying it's what I want but I reckon that will happen.

wouldnt want moyes back, and all the talk is now about eddie howe, sorry, but he may be a good up and coming manager, but we need someone with proven experience at top level to come in.

For me, the only man that fits the bill ( pardon the pun ) is frank de boar
He ticks all the boxes that we need
Fantastic reputation, a proven winner at the top level, great youth set up and development, great understanding of the game, can attract top names, plays solid football and is ready to take the next step in his career.
He is also young enough to build the next great dynasty in football at EFC.
Just my opinion but do you see anyone else around who can tick all the boxes that this man can?
I think his no2 is Dennis bergkamp
Seriously can anymore suggest another that comes close to this man?
I even believe the board would be happy as he wouldn't need massive amounts of money due to his ability to actually manage players rather than buy big names.
Our youth would benefit massively from this man and we have a perfect opportunity to get this man in now before someone else grabs the next legend!

Have a look at the teams that have won the league title in the last 20 yrs.

Before you dismiss Ajax and the eredivisie, have a look at his mentality and his ethics because after all that is what we should look for in a manager mate also have a look at his experience, honours and reputation and then ask yourself could he be ready for a challenge that could take his career to the next level?
Who you want?
Jose m? He would be gone in 3 yrs and we'd be in debt and have no youth system.
Pellegrini? In 2/ 3 yrs would be retired
Eddie Howe? Not ready yet

Does anyone think we might have a chance of getting Carlo Ancelotti next season if RM carries on like this? I personally think we couldn't do any better (now we know Hiddink will retire) .
{Ed007's Note - Sorry buddy but Bayern Munich confirmed before Christmas that Carlo Ancelotti will replace Pep Guardiola next season.}

Hasn't he said that he is 100% retiring at the end of the season? Pellegrini would be a good shout for me.
