It was not just the win for me today. There’s some real signs of progression. The midfield is looking solid with an ability to actual make a forward pass, or take someone on.

We played well and deserved the points. My only gripe is why does Dyche never freshen things up til games nearly over. WHU brought on attacking players because they could see we where knackered. Good 3 points though.

It worries me if DCL gets injured again. He’s really led the line the last few games. Must get Beto up and running soon and some game time.

Great result. Just a quick observation but I think the defensive side of Mykolenkos game has come on leaps and bounds this season. Made some great interceptions in the last few games.

Dentielad, I think West Ham may have brought attacking players on because they were getting beat. don't think we looked knackered at all. Just a thought.

I still think Myk and Patterson are weak links and one of our limitations is no Offensive full backs but both give their all.

Personally I thought branthwaitte saved quite a few of mykos mistakes in the second half.

Branthwaitte and Dom were amazing. Garner and onana forming a good partnership in midfield. Both look to get the ball forward rather than backwards or sideways which is refreshing after the past few seasons.

As much as I hate to say it, I feel like a broken record, but how well we do all depends on Dom staying fit. I like beto, but like anyone, he will need a run of games to get up to prem speed, not just 10 - 20 minutes here and there. Does beto play the full game midweek? I'd rather him do and give Dom a rest.

Dom stays fit for the season and I think even with a points deduction we will do fine. Same probably goes for branthwaitte and tarks too. One injury away from Keane being starting CB, that's a terrifying thought.

Good post fatchris.100 percent rest dom as well as tarkowski and branthwaite. The area I think we are weak is defense due to the backup options (Keane and Godfrey) I'd sooner take the Godfrey from dads army and he's probably been 6ft under the best part of 40 years or more!
I have faith in dyche/ like the forward options we have on the bench now but feel they need much more game time be it cup or league. Next has to be get rid of Keane and Godfrey bring in better centre backs but all in good time!
