All i keep reading in the rags is that we should be going for a "big name" and we are taking a step back by going after Dyche.

Yes, he may not be the most glamorous of names, but is that what we need atm . i don't think so.

At least Dyche will have us competing in games, if Burnley are anything to go by, we will be organised and graft our bollocks off.

I don't know about everyone else, but i'm done with this modern, half-arsed approach to matches. I want some passion and hard work back, players working for each other and for the fans and i think Dyche will be able to bring that.

Get the basics right and then go from there. he's young and fresh and the work he's done at Burnley with the resources he's had is outstanding.

I honestly don't give a sh** who we get, as long as some passion is instilled back in this team and club. There is no connection between the players and the fans anymore, Goodison used to be a bear pit because the crowd would react to the effort and desire the players would show on the pitch, if we can get that back in this modern age of football, then i will be happy.

Up the toffees.

hes took burnley down and finished 16th last year?

eddie howe has undoubtedly worked more of a miracle for Bournemouth and finished 9th last year, is a blue so obviously be passionate about the cause? why aren't you mentioning him? oh I know because his Bournemouth side are lower than even us! dyche is doing well for two months and that's it should be nowhere near everton manager!

So wdlue we've sacked Kooman and you want to replace him with a manager that has never had a team finish above one of his and is currently below us in the table. Classic!

Sad day for Everton FC when they went Eddie Howe to get the job 😂 he's spent a fortune at Bournemouth are they're still the joint worst team in the league! Ibe, Mings, Afobe, Ake, Defoe, Wilshere and Begovic have cost that club a fortune in transfer fee's and wages.

Dyche is an infinitely better manager who has done a better job at Burnley with peanuts to spend.
