Ok all the Rom Knockers from the last few days please continue .
oh he's worth £65m again!

1.) 18 Jun 2016 18:58:47
Regardless of what price is placed on his head, the disrespect he has shown the club is what people are having a go at. If he kept his and his dadays and agents opinions of were he should be playing and spoke in private, a bit like how we did with Koeman then maybe it would be a different story. I for one can't see him being an Everton player next season and by going public the way he did to get the fans to turn against him is how he is anchoring his move away. And whatever price we set if it ain't met let him stew in the reserves. We need to stand our ground and not be forced into a sale of were he wants. PSG maybe, well that's a very competitive league he will be playing in won't it? He's choosing the easy way into Champions League footy going there. As I've said in an earlier post I would rather see the back of him then Stones.

2.) 18 Jun 2016 19:39:12
It doesn't really matter how many goals he gets it's him who wants the move says he wants champion league football with Chelsea or United? That's funny because he won't get it with either of them.

3.) 18 Jun 2016 20:49:52
Totally agree bluegray87. The disrespect is awful. I just hope he gets loads of goals. Every goal his price will go up.

If he chooses to stay all well and good but the indications are he's going. Could of been more professional about it. Totally agree about Stones too. He may want away just as much as Lukaku but has the decency to keep it to himself.

If I had to choose who to keep, it would be Stones all day long. Defender like him comes along every blue moon. We need a striker with or without Lukaku. If he leaves I suspect two will be signed which would be good for competition.

4.) 19 Jun 2016 01:32:16
Sorry guys i have 2 disagree. Granted he shouldn't be saying the stuff he's said. However in his defence he is still young and has ambitions to play at the top level, and if keoman can get rom to stay and channel that ambition in a better way ie performances on the pitch then he would become vital to our future. let's be honest after the last couple seasons he's probably become just as disillusioned as the rest of us. Even if he did go and for arguments sake we got 60+ mil could we attract a player with the goal return of rom? Possably but it would be difficult. I hope that rom ends up staying but not for the money or the fact nobody signs him but that he can be persuaded to want 2 stay.

5.) 20 Jun 2016 13:50:23
People forget that stones put a transfer request in and when it was knocked back he got his head down and got on with the job. Even if Rom says he wants to go to this club or his dad what's to live in the south of France or his agent wants £5m for himself do want we did with stones say sorry rom/ dad/ agent you got x amount of years left we will keep you for let's say 1 more year at least shut your mouth and score goals.

Roberto Martinez insists Everton "could not have done more" to beat West Brom after their 1-0 defeat at Goodison Park on Saturday.
statements like that is what really annoys me!

wakka57

1.) 14 Feb 2016 18:25:49
Could of made better subs. Who might of done more.

2.) 18 Feb 2016 07:55:04
Could have got more than 6 from 34 shots on target.

02 Feb 2016 13:25:39
looks like Howards injured so should be Robles again on Wednesday .

wakka57

1.) 02 Feb 2016 15:04:53
Yipeeeeeeeeeeee!

2.) 02 Feb 2016 18:34:11
Awful to wish Tim an injury, but other than that or a sending off, it was the only way Robles was going to get a chance he deserves, only then will we know how good Robles is.

Some might say Bobby is saving face and seeing sense, so softening it with an excuse, not a chance will Bobby drop Tim, question is, which player nobbled him, deserves a pint whoever it was.

3.) 02 Feb 2016 21:08:59
I heard Robles tripped him in the showers! initially people thought Howard's head was upside down then remembered he's got a bald head and a beard! 😚.

4.) 03 Feb 2016 00:15:07
He tried to catch the soap, the injury was not to bad, but the plumbing bill cost him a weeks wages.

01 Feb 2016 15:20:06
Interesting the young Argentinian lad at river Plate we were linked to pre season Tomas Andrade has now been released from his loan at Bournemouth.

wakka57

{Ed025's Note - we may have dodged a bullet there wakka..

Watching the first few minutes last night was as predictable as the story line in one of the soaps my wife watches, no passion no fire, sitting back and bang one nil down! and not for the first time this season!
Surely the managers team talk and instructions are clear and they cannot be forgotten in the warm up?
Or maybe they don't agree with him and are on a wind up?
Whatever he has a big job sorting this group out, where is the leadership on the park, who is captain? its not Jags! its not Barry so perhaps give it to Williams, but let's give it to someone that will not tolerate this lack of passion and effort when playing for this great club of ours!
NSNO let us not forget!

Really getting bored of watching Everton's poor starts and only playing 45 mins, time for Koeman to accept responsibility and change things!
As poor as some of our players seem they also look like they have no motivation!
How many others saw that goal coming long before it happened?
But I will agree many now look just not good enough!

wakka57

19 Dec 2016 22:46:29
Why are we so shot shy?
Sturridge stuffy shot from outside the box leads to a goal, can our players not shoot anymore?

wakka57

{Ed025's Note - for rom to be effective wakka he needs better quality around him, when he plays for belgium with the likes of hazard around him he is very dangerous mate..

1.) 19 Dec 2016 22:53:52
Thing is ed025 Valencia and Lennon used to bang in goals from 25 yards with their previous clubs but it's like they are afraid to shoot for us! And what's happened to Barkley shooting boots?
Rom definitely needs support, hopefully we can recruit that in January!

{Ed025's Note - or even cut our losses with rom and start again, he is going downhill faster than a fat kid on a slide mate..

2.) 19 Dec 2016 22:58:25
Ed025: you've hit the nail on the head. If Lukaku can score the number of goals he has at Everton (and before that at WestBrom) imagine what he'd do alongside even better players.
Valencia and Lennon work hard, but aren't real quality; Mirallas and Deulofeu just aren't productive enough; Kone and Niasse are forgettable; Calvert-Lewin is promising, but needs time to develop. We desperately need to bring in quality experienced forwards.

{Ed025's Note - and a playmaker sid, someone with a bit of craft and guile who can open up a defence, teams know that if you keep lukaku quiet then its odds on we wont score, its very frustrating mate..

3.) 19 Dec 2016 23:10:50
Rom had one chance before they scored, he had to take on 5 players!

4.) 19 Dec 2016 23:23:15
Ed025: despite all the wishful thinking, I'm now pretty much convinced that Barkley is not that playmaker - and it would be better all round to get a decent fee for him and recruit a proven player. It's sad, as he's a true blue who's come through the ranks, but at 23 he's just not consistently delivering the performances we need.

{Ed025's Note - im on board mate..

5.) 20 Dec 2016 11:25:34
Sadly I think Barkley has a great future behind him.

28 Nov 2016 08:21:39
What has become noticeable is that every game we start so slowly and almost lethargic. It is laborious slow passing, and teams come at us and put us under pressure straight away. This is not new, we saw this all to often last season. We then get to half time when RK can rip into them and start to look better second half.
We will not win games and compete playing only 45 minutes each week! end of!
The players must take a lot of the blame here, yesterday they looked clueless created nothing, and as in the Chelsea game were shot shy.
To many poor performances, yes we need a clear out and we really need some passion and leadership on the park, time for a new captain as well!

wakka57

1.) 28 Nov 2016 08:58:35
I believe Koeman when just before the game he said we would be playing a pressing game and this was important. Yet the players did exactly the opposite and within 45 seconds we are one nil down. Koeman must be as frustrated as the rest of us and he needs to sort it out.

27 Nov 2016 19:49:47
Yet again! Zzz so boring a lacklustre first half so bollocking no doubt by RK better second golf but still poor, we have so many players that are underperforming it's embarrassing!
I get a real feeling the management are waiting for the transfer window to start rebuilding!
I have to give credit where it's due the Southampton kid mugged off a few of our senior players tonight well done kid!

How nice if we didn't have to listen to Jim Whites drivel all night on deadline day!
Mind you I would miss Hayley McQueen and Natalie Sawyer!

Best striker we've had since Dunc but with a better scoring record, yet some fans still constantly question him!
The way I see it is he came to us for a big fee, from a top 4 club and probably feels he had unfinished business there still! However each year he delivers in his return of goals, he will move on if we cannot improve as a team to the level he aspires to play at, so some question his ability, loyalty and performances, yet these are the same fans that want Rooney back!
He is one of the best in the premiership at what he does, if we sell him it will be for an amount we cannot spend to replace him!

wakka57

{Ed025's Note - i think your right wakka..

Yet another young player full of potential but seemingly not fulfilling it!
The question you ask is it down to coaching or are they just not good enough?
Perhaps we read to much into the fact he was from Barca's academy and he didn't make it there, however he is still in the Spanish U21's.

listen guys one thing you learn to be with Everton is patient, I'm sure everything's in hand and we will get the right players at the right price eventually.
Just not Sissoko!

Didn't we go mental and try to sign Sissoko on the last day of the summer window?

Interesting to hear the manager having the same frustrations as the fans, in that he is getting frustrated with the lack of secured deals.
I'm sure there are reasons but when obvious signings seem imminent it still seems to take us an age to get them over the line!

If Barry was any slower he'd suffer rigamortis! Is Valencia any better than Niasse?
They can be exposed by pace and someone to take them on which is where mirralas has been better maybe Lennon or Gerry?
This is a game we need to push on and win so maybe 4-4-2.

Totally agree Woburn, his clearance / pass for Roms goal at Leicester was top drawer, and shows the lad has it!
