I am absolutely disgusted with what some fans, not a word I would use, have done.

All this has got to stop. This is not the way anyone should be behaving. The hatred and anomie of these people is beyond belief. I hope they find them and prosecute them.

But it's not just this. Its the way some behave at the match as well. Do we all not realise the destructive force this has on the players, manager and our club. It's time for us all to take a look at ourselves and see the support we want to be or else we'll have more of this happening. We just love shooting ourselves in the foot.

I'm just sick and tired of the whole thing.

Now I don't want Rafa but it has nothing to do with him personally. Mine is based on what I think of where his career is and the team he loves. And if he is our manager I will do anything from the terraces to make sure he has the best chance of success because why wouldn't we. We want Everton to win!

I did and do hate Sam. But again I don't wish him any ill health or threat to his life. And at the match I cheered and supported the club no less than when Kendall, Royle or Moyes where manager.

We need to come together and realise that maybe the reason we haven't been successful is not from the players or manager but maybe the pressure put on by the fans is the real reason we continually fail.

I was shocked at what happened to Martinez. I'd never seen that before at a manager. Every game was becoming more toxic. Yes there had been times in the past even in the 80's and 90's but this was different. There was a real threat in the air. Maybe the whip that is created by social media is to blame for amplifying it.

Whatever it is though, it needs to stop. We all need to become supporters again and be what that word means.

I promise every one of you, that I'll make sure, I giving everything to support the team, every game. Here is where I'll vent but for 90 odd minutes, I'll make sure I give everything to supporting our team.

I think what’s happened will hasten the arrival of Benitez. It’s just standard uneducated trolls who hide behind keyboards or in this case a blanket. Unfortunately life introduces into society those who shouldn’t have been given the chance and will just be a mutant in society. The majority of Everton supporters will say what they think but stand up to do so and this behaviour isn’t the true colour blue.

Hope those responsible for the banner can be traced, taken before the courts and action handed out. The club can then ban them for life as these people are not needed at the club or in any sport generally.

I’m personally thinking Rafa may do a good job and if he betters what the previous 5 managers did we should be grateful.
