We lost, but a better performance than against Fulham.

However we are really going to struggle to win any games if we don’t actually take a shot. Tonight 1 shot off target (Digne hitting post) and 1 on target (Off Richarlison knee) .

City had something like 8 off target and 7 on target.

Doesn’t matter how well we play if we don’t shoot we ain’t going to score and we’re not going to get many points.

Better performance? . Mate we parked the bus from the get go. Completely devoid of any pace or intensity and that was the case vs Fulham as well.

For me it wasn’t a better performance it was the same level

Terrible to watch again and he takes off again our best player going forward in Tom Davis and not sure from the start he didn’t just replace DCL with Josh King and keep Richarlison on the left side in which he accustomed too

Holgate is having a nightmare period such a shame Carlo let Braithwaite leave on loan a far better defender with real pace. Anyway Carlo is untouchable
Had my rant!

Sorry Sir_Loin, matter of opinions and my opinion is the performance last night was a million times better than against Fulham. For a good 60 minutes we have City a game of it, we didn’t give Fulham a game of it for 1 minute.
Both performances resulted in no points but I was happier with the performance against City rather than the non-performance against Fulham.

The team selection was a damage limitation setup. No way were we ever going to win the game, at times we had six and seven players across the back line.
We were, however, unlucky with their deflected first goal and Pickford should have saved the third so there were positives.
