I've watched pretty much all the under 23's games this season and Gordon is demonstrating he has the ability to dominate in every game.

With the level of consistency he's showing we simply have to get him on the bench sooner rather than later. Either that or send him on loan in Jan as he he's way way past u23 level football

Silva needs something at the mo and bringing Gordon of the bench would go a long way to rebuilding rapport with the fans.

He's training with the 1st team every day so they must have a plan to bring him in when he is ready.

Silva says he's real close to getting first team games but apparently want to bring him on when team is winning and not during a 3 game losing streak.
