EXCL: Everton have submitted a bid to sign Conor Gallagher from Chelsea. It’s £40m proposal plus £5m add ons. #EFC

Chelsea will make a decision soon as there are also other clubs interested in Gallagher — and player has to decide his future too.

We do need to get players in but I thought we would go for a striker first and foremost. I know Gallagher was amongst the goals in his Palace loan but I would imagine he wouldn't come here at present. It's a big fee as well basically matching what we had for Gordon.

If reports are true, he'd prefer Newcastle move, if they do come in for him, no chance he's going to choose us . Newcastle are doing what we should have been doing when Moshiri came in, flying high and look like an attractive club to play for at the moment.
