Being reported that no compensation was payed from Real Madrid as Carlo had a Clause in his contract if certain clubs came in for him then he could go for free they go on to say he knew 3 days before it was announced that Zidane had left Madrid not sure how true it is but I would hope we didn't allow any such Clause but this is Everton so it wouldn't suprise me.

i think we should close the book on CA now, we are no better off now than when he arrived. it shows that a man of his standing can be full of rubbish when he made certain statements about staying, extending.

Ed said he was about 5 or 6th choice so after poch and mourinho turned them down plus the others I can't see him knowing 3 days before. Maybe just paper rubbish to get some clicks.
