According to the Echo Walton Hall Park is not happening any more.

There is obviously something else in the pipeline then Tom, can't wait to see what it is, exciting times ahead, my idea is a floating island in the Mersey by Albert Dock with the stadium on, it may take all of Mr Moshiris 1.5 Billion though so that may not be an option :) , he did say we can have all his money though ha ha.

Said that a short while ago.

Canada Dock

Strokes chin and Winks.

If his bezzie Mr Usmanov comes along then maybe Pb, i'm hoping he sells his Arsenal shares soon as rumours would fly then, only one thing better than a Billionaire investing in your club mate, when 2 come along :)

Third Ground move collapse, coincidence or do we need to find someone capable of submitting a business plan that actually makes sense.

6.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 09:53:05
Oh Bill wipe those crocodile tears away mate, hardly a collapse fella, I think it is more of us not now wanting that area as we have bigger plans, let's see what the summer brings before inciting us to slate the owners again.

Murf

Spot on mate, we now need to take a back seat and let the new 'powers that be' get to grips with problem solving!

8.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 10:20:03
Yeah, Moshiri has probably looked at the proposal and laughed out loud because it's our usual standard guff. He will put it right. That's what he's good at I guess.

Joe Anderson seems to think we will have a new stadium within 3 years. Maybe he knows something we don't?

10.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 13:04:05
3 years?

Holy Moly!

That means they will start building this year!

{Ed002's Note - There is not going to be any building this year. There isn't a site, there are no plans, there is no planning permission. You all need to step back in to the world where the sun is yellow and the sky is blue.}

11.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 13:27:12
All dreamers again, it would take years to find a site and get plans accepted, wake up.

12.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 13:38:42
The Suns more orange ed ;-)

13.) 16 May 2016

I know of at least 2 'Suns' one is Golden makes me warm and my skin kinda bronzy :) ,
The other is the colour of excrement and makes me reach and my skin crawl : (

16 May 2016 14:40:25
So Stig you are saying you know better than Joe Anderson.

The major has publicly stated that he believes Everton will have a new stadium within 3 years.

Franktheblue, Yes?

17.) 16 May 2016

What Major :)

I knew what you meant.

18.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 15:20:31
Frank mate, not getting at you but Joe just gave us bad news so to over come this he tells us this,

19.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 15:24:59
I'm not sure to be honest.
I think Moshiri has ruffled a few feathers on the Everton board and now they are jumping to get something sorted, hopefully anyway.
All the best.

Ed002

According to one site, ''they have identified two possible alternative sites. ''?

{Ed002's Note - Clearly this is far too difficult for you. There is not going to be any building this year. There isn't a site, although there may well be "possible" alternative sites. There are no plans for consultation and there are no plans that have been submitted. There is no planning permission.}

Ed

My reference to start building this year was tongue in cheek.

Ofcourse there will be no building this year.
Just like we won't have a new complete stadium within 3 years unless it comes as a flat pack!

22.) 16 May 2016
16 May 2016 15:36:18
Haha major! Maybe he used to be in the forces :-)

23.) 16 May 2016

Ed002

You seem to have trouble with ''According to one site''

Ok just for you, go to 'footballeconomy. com'

''Together with the City Council they have identified two possible alternative sites''

The rest of it is what we have already posted on this thread.

General consensus 'not likely' etc.

{Ed002's Note - You have to be one DF. Firstly I have zero interest in visiting any web sites. Secondly, and to re-iterate yet again: nothing is happening this year as far as building goes. The club does not have a set of plans. The club has not conducted consultation. No plans have been submitted to the council. There is no planning permission.

You would do best to stick to the football which you perhaps vaguely understand - clearly everything else is well beyond you.}

To be fair, if they were starting with a clean site then 2 years is a realistic build out time, leaving well over a year to consult and secure relevant permissions. Wildly optimistic, but possible.

We've put up with some right rubbish this year, so I'll clutch onto any ray of sunshine I can get right now. This is a rumours site after all.
