Bobby I haven't seen one post from a Everton fan saying it's a conspiracy the reason most are complaining is that up until this point at least 3 players Richarlson Watford v Arsenal Bernard Silva v Burnely and Sterling again v Arsenal are 3 situations where the player made the most of a slight touch and went down to win his team a pen on all 3 occasions no action was taken and here's why Chris Powell who is part of the diving committee explained on sky sports the debate show that if a player no matter how small the contact is goes down you can't accuse him of diving now we all know it was a very soft pen but by Scott Dann raising his arm across Niasses chest he 1 gave Niasse the option to go down and 2 he gave the ref a decision to make now just for arguments sake say he stayed up and didn't score these same pundits condemning Niasse would be saying he should of gone down what this panel have now done is set a very low bar because lots of players will/ should start getting charged with simulation. My own view is that they haven't charged one top flight player with simulation and they were under pressure to do so unfortunately it happened to be Niasse.

Bobby consistency is the key here if the panel treats everyone fairly then it won't be so much of any issue. Unfortunately yet again there is confusion and it will be down to a select bunch of individuals to determine how much contact is too much. Sanchez dived and won a free kick that cost spurs a goal there was no foul according to most pundits and referee's that have seen the video footage therefore he must have dived to win the free kick. The question that should be asked now is why was there no retrospective charge against Sahncez? It happened on the same weekend so they should have charged both or neither. This is why I am upset about Naisse being charged the total lack of consistency with the process. This also may be why some think there is a conspiracy against EFC.

So they are going to punish players that get a pen when a panel judges it was deception that earned it, should they not also punish the other when it is a pen and is not given, is the defender olso being deceptive in not admitinh the foul? Hahaha

My point is were does it all end?

Refs decision should be final, as said many times these things often even them selves out over a season.

When your moveing at pace, any contact can send you flying, and, there was contact, this rule was intended for cases where there is no contact.
