Early days but this manager looks like a real boss and appears to have gained the respect and response from the players.
He'll stand for no messing around.

Not sure what you are basing that view on Mushy. I hope you are right - but I was there yesterday and saw some of the old failings. We were lucky not to concede 2/ 3 tbh. But this is only pre season. Long way to go yet. Get Rom back in and a couple of significant signings and we make make an impression this season.

To be fair bb4, the 2 cbs were hardly our first choice. I fully believe that he will have our defence working hard to improve. He was a top quality defender himself and showed that he can organise a defense.
