Is Jose mourinho lined up for anyone? Because maybe just maybe if we could get him it may just give us the opportunity to keep hold of our young stars for another season. He's one of those managers that have the pulling power and persuade stones and Rom to stay. The only other option for me is Moyes but not sure if he could keep them at the club and would probably need to build and reinvest in new players. Either way this is what's needed. I never like a knee jerk reaction after a game but once I have made my decision it's usually the correct one. Let's see if Bill thinks the same.

Wasn't it Mourinho who got rid of Rom in the first place. Do agree though it would be fascinating to see what would happen. As for Moyes, no thanks.

This is not a knee jerk reaction after an appalling performance but I'd willing take £40m+ each for both Lukaka and Stones for the following reasons:
Lukaka has no first touch, demands the ball when he is tightly marked, has little or no movement and can't head a ball oh, and believes he is better than he really is. He may have scored 15 or so goals but he misses far too many sitters from 2 or 3 yards out like today. A more mobile striker would by now have the nous to anticipate Deboy's deliveries. I appreciate the same could be said of Coleman today though in terms of missing chances from close range.
Stones believes all the media hype and now believes he can play top class football at walking pace, all too often being caught out or playing team mates into trouble. At this stage of his career he should know when to put his foot through the ball. His mistakes resulted in both goals today, although Howard's reacted very slowly for the first.
Both need a reality check!

Sorry mate you are talking rubbish. Lukaku had a bad game. Doesn't take away the fact that his all round game has been far better this year and he has scored 19 goals this season. Can't slate a player for one bad game. Best forward we've had in years.

Ed 25 what ya thoughts? I would give Moyes a contract til end of season then see how he is on his return.
