On the bright side of things, we all know how to spell Sigurdsson now. Is there still no final agreement eds?

{Ed001's Note - not yet, unless it has happened in the last hour while I was out.}

I think it may be time to look for alternatives, i know its only paper talk but if it really is less than 5mil which has caused this to break down we only got ourselves to blame. Fingers crosses we can identify and sign another one in time.

yeh they are saying it has collapsed now we've been too focused on him for far to long having seen us play a few times now we are not a complete team but we haven't been linked/ made bid or approached anyone (outside of the newspapers) but gylfi we need a striker more than a winger but a winger as well. surely if we have stood our ground on the price which is what is being reported then we must have a plan b otherwise it would have been a dumb move, wonder who it is?

If I cast my mind back 3-4 weeks ago the Sandro Ramirez deal was on brink. I only believe it when I see it. but tbf to Swansea they need time to draft in his replacement. so if he's coming to Everton I guess time is of essence.

We must have already made contact with 2nd and 3rd targets. I wonder who they are. Sigurdsson is a great player and an upgrade from barkley imo but £50m should get our second target and potentially another young superstar in the making.

I do wonder why we didn't go for ever benega though. His two goals the other night just made chuckle.

Hearing Dolberg from Ajax. Basis of this is that "someone" is coming in on a private jet from Amsterdam?
Hearing voices maybe?
