What involves tapping up of a player and what are the punishments if found guilty, the reds have been accused by the Saints of making an illegal approach for VVD not saying there guilty but just wondering what the punishment is.

Well out of curiosity then, what difference is VVD saying his preferred choice is Liverpool and Lukaku saying today everything is agreed with another club.

I heard they had a ban for recruiting for the youth set up, didn't realise it was suspended.
