Well the only one who may be interested would be Kroenke himself although he already has a controlling interest in Arsenal with 67% of the shares but he may just want to get rid of Usmanov.

I heard this before it's probably untrue but usmanov sent moshiri to test the waters. Usmanov feels kroenke is the decision maker at arsenal being a multi billionaire he is struggling to except that. He believed originally he could take control at arsenal unlikely now. Personally if this unlikely situation happened i'd get even more excited.

When 12 percent of arsenal is 49.9 percent of everton I would emphatically say yes bill. Usmanov is a close friend and colleague of Moshiri. What's hard to believe? At 200 od million moshiri spent he was never going to loose out financially. Sure stones lukaku Barkley and the academy where equity Trust me mate it's low Risk. Why wouldn't usmanov consider us if he can't take control at arsenal.

Here's my interpretation as to what might be happening.

Moshiri (the entrepreneur) and Usmanov (the accountant) have operated side by side for years. Moshiri is the numbers and cruncher man (every billionaire has one) and Usmanov the deal maker. Usmanov goes in does the deal and Moshiri who he trust implicitly comes in behind and restructures, hires and fires etc.
As you cannot have a controlling interest in two premiership clubs at the same time Usmanov bough Moshiri out of Arsenal and viola Moshiri buys Everton.

I don't know the structure of Arsenal in terms of a company but there will be a point at which Krone will need to offer buy out all the other shareholders if he acquires a further % of The Arse at which point Usmanov gets top price for his shares and buys up Everton remaining shares that Moshiri obtained an option to purchase giving Moshiri and Usmanov 98% or so of Everton.

Usmanov has basically given up trying take control of Arsenal. The fans are in uproar as he has stated on numerous occasions that he wants Arsenal to be buying the best players which he was happy to fund.

I am just guessing but a man that just bought a boat for £350m will not be bothered he just spent £25m on Bolasie!

Should a new Sponsorship deal from an Usmanov/ Moshiri company emerge (text book way to get round UEFA funding rules) and I really will be excited!
