a little concerned that Roberto has said today that after the Atsu deal that all major transfers will have been concluded for the summer window! he went on to say we will still look though till the window closes surely we need a striker ed? at the very least!

Hope so ed, I really believe a couple of attacking players could really tip the balance in our favour for top four or better! am I right in thinking that this year the winner of the europa league gets a champions league place or was it a suggestion that never got put in place

C,mon mate,Roberto is hardly going to tell everyone who he is after,this man is the best thing that has happened at Goodison for years,there will be more signings,have faith,he is pure class

By him saying no more "major transfers", my understanding is that there might a deal for someone like Henen (to play and develop in the U-21s) and there might be some loan deals. However, we need to be aware of the permitted squad sizes (Premier League and Europa League) and the FFP rules about expenditure and the allowable increase in the players' annual wage bill.

Spot on Ed we and he knows we really need another striker at the very least!
Strange how the Traore rumours have died as he wasn't in the Monaco pre season squad could well be another injury problem!
