If United are seriously going to offer £25M for Fellaini then why would we not want to take it? We need to strengthen and obviously have a limited budget but this would allow us to invest and take the team forward. let's be honest when Feli is good he is good but too often he goes missing
I say let's take it and buy
Alderwield £6M
Marrone £7M
Moses £8M (or loan)
That leaves a bit left for BK
If we could sell Johnny too then maybe that extra cash could land us Defoe
1.) I reckon you've undervalued the possible incoming players by at least a couple of million each. If I'm misjudging, then great and they're really very good value.

I think you've overvalued them somewhat, Alderweireld 1 year left on his contract, Marrone is far from a first team place at Juve and Moses went to chelski at a premium just because they were chelski, and he's looking like he's surplus to requirements there so his value drops because they need to ship him out so Mourinho can have his preferred 22 man squad.
5.) How can anyone say the sale of a player worth £25-30m to buy squad players of around £6-7m is STRENGTHENING is the biggest pile of rubbish I've ever heard!
Let me ask you this;
If we had the money and were linked with Fellaini there'd be open air parties on Goodison Road.
STRENGHTENING is selling your squad players like Heitinga, Gueye, Osman, Hibbert, to purchase players of £6-7m.
But hey we only got £60m from Sky and Spent £8m. The rest goes on 'lawn mowers' and 'other operating costs'

6.) Good call on those mate and like you say Toby and Marrones values are pretty much what you £6 and £7m. Think moses may be a tad more though we could maybe offer £5-7m and then make it up to £10m in add ons. To be honest I think we already have enough attacking/wide players and would prefer two centre mids coming in

7.) I think sometimes us blues are sucked in by the fact we may sign a player. How much do any of us know about a juve fringe player and an ajax centre back. I know its a rumour site but we don't want to lose a good player and sign three for the sake of it.

OK we might not like it but they are both going to go because at the end of the day MU will up the offer and I reckon they will both want more wages, Champions League etc etc (but I hope i'm wrong)
So how much are we going to get? I can't see MU going from £28M to £40M which would be a reasonable price so its going to be circa £35M or maybe some players thrown in to the deal.
Lets hope it happens sooner rather than later so we can get some replacements in and get on with the season COYB

2.) £30m + Anderson and buttner. Then buy Rodwell Alderweireld Moses and either Barry or flammini. Sell Heitinga and gueye. £12m left in the bank for January if needed job done
