Yes he will be on more money but playing 45 games is surely more beneficial to the young lad if he truly wants to become England captain. Former players such as Carra, Neville and Ferdinand have said so, current players such as Rom have too seems stupid imo. Look at Lukaku when he played there, yes he wasn't proven but was better than a ageing Drogba or Torres at the time. If he goes I wish the lad all the best but hope the money gets re invested in quality not Wigan spin offs
