So just to clarify what you have stated Mr Moyes. Fergie/Man U approached and surprised you by asking you to be Man U manager a week before old red nose resigned? Does that mean you were approached whilst under contract at EFC and without EFC knowledge judging by the 'suprise'. I'm no expert but to me that sounds like poaching. Thoughts Ed.? {Ed025's Note - its tapping up ozzie, but do you think anything will happen to old strawberry conk and his cronies?...they have been doing it for years mate, and the FA are scared to rock the man utd love boat.
1.) It's not tapping up if you've got under 6 months left on your contract.

I get that you are all downright pissed off but anyone can be approached in the final 6 months of their contract I thought or does that apply to just the players?
If Everton Football Club do complain to the FA about tapping up only then can they act. Without a complaint, let's just say its all consensual.
Tapping up is pretty much a grey area as far as the rules are concerned and where exactly does one draw a line? What the likes of Real Madrid do is far worse imo.

Imo moyes knew he was in line for the united job at xmas, in one interview arl whisky nose taggart said he decided to retire at xmas there must of been contact between the two of them, why else did moyes string us all along with his contract situation giving some people false hope, and leaving us strapped with no compensation being payed. What irks me most about the situation is while still under contract and being payed by everton moyes couldn't wait could he to go to united, he went to uniteds title winning bus parade, he was at the training ground the next day, and to cap it all off he comes in with an insulting offer for baines, then today he's telling the world wayne rooney, s not for sale. Well ginge do one, baines is not for sale now f*** off. But that's not up to me, over to you bill.

Sky reporting that Dave Whelen says Kone will join EFC for £5mil in next 24hrs. 1st he informs the world of Roberto moving now Kone, When will Whelen remember he is Chair of Wigan not Everton. Concentrate on the Championship and let Everton get on with announcements they want people to know about.
1.) Maybe Kenwright should communicate with the fans a bit more
