I've said it before and will say it again, Lampard is not the man for this job, but don't ask me who is, maybe Sean Dyche before we got Lampard in. He has no experience at a team that is struggling. He done nothing with Chelsea and nothing with Derby to warrant getting this job. He is tactically inept. We struggle to make chances every single game. Yes he's improved the defence but we still concede a lot and have a hell of a lot of shots against us. He's negative in his set up. Same formation and team most games, and when that doesn't work, he changes players like for like and never the formation. On Saturday he brings Maupay on and still only plays one striker when we're a goal down, instead of taking a chance and pushing a player further up the pitch to support him. What is it, were 1 down let's hold on to that and hopefully nick a goal from a corner. Were so negative its unbelievable, were boring to watch, everything is backwards, we are awful on the ball when we do have it. I'm not saying sack him, as who would we bring in, but he's got to have a good long look at himself and change things, as this same dross week in week out is not going to win us games. We change the whole team when we have 6 weeks with no game, what's the point in that, he's made a rod for his own back. You get people saying, oh Frank will sort it, no he won't, he's never even remotely shown he can sort it. He got lucky keeping us up last season, his attacking transfers have been awful and I really cannot see him being here next season. He seems a nice guy, seems to get the club, but that doesn't make you a good manager. Were in massive decline and its only going to get worse. People say give him a few transfer windows, he hasn't shown anything to say he will change things around, plus who in their right mind is going to want to join us anyway, we're absolutely awful.

i agree mate thing that is frustrating is seeing cannon and mills come on when we was 3.1 down at least one of them should been on at half time i don't want him sacked but the wolfs will be circulating him after last nights team selections and subs only one player stood out and was patterson the rest bottled it on the ball am afraid.

Dyche would inject some passion and will to win. Thing is Dyche is another Moyes (with a bit of fat Sam) , I don't think the supporters who would rather have 'Entertaining' football would like it. I honestly believe this Teams ability will not hit home until we are in the Championship, wonder where the 'we should have won that' entertainers will be then.

As much as we all want entertainment, we're in a similar position now to when Moyes was brought in. We need something similar to fix this mess and for me Dyche would have done that, but yea there would have been a lot of complaints because we do want entertaining. We need passion before anything else.
